Me and my friends booked this tour last minute and had zero issues. The guides communicated with us via WhatsApp to coordinate pick up so make sure you have the app unless you are from the area. They were on time for pick up and were kind and helpful. We did the 10:30am tour and it was just us, so it only took about 3 hours. I highly recommend this tour if you're looking for a short, sweet and to the point tour that won't take the whole day or exhaust you. Also, do not wear white or any clothes that you don't want ruined. The sand is hard to come off if you don't wash immediately.

Good communication for booking. Impossible to communicate following booking confirmation. We tried 3 Times during 24 hours. No reply. Good activity. Shorter than sold. We agreed to be pick up at our hotel and dropped at the general meeting point during booking. They refused action the end of the activity, once they were tipped.

I booked for the half day tour with camels with local dressing and quad biking. The camel riding was not great and no local dresses and the quad biking lasted 20mins. We were disappointed.

Our records and deep investigation indicate the tour was conducted as per our usual high standards, including 2h of quads in the middle you had 20 min of tea pause as the guide took pictures and have the timeline of the whole trip , camel ride took olace first with a full one hour tour around the palm groves , as per our guides you asked not to wear the dresses and they did not force you to it . The excursion was great and well worth the money. We started off on the quad tour and then part way through stopped off for our short camel ride. Getting back on the quads we stopped again for some Moroccan bites and freshly served tea. Then returned back to base on quads.

Unfortunately our guide didn't show up. We were never messaged or telephoned, wasted our morning and half of our day waiting and of course couldn't join any other excursion for that day.

Highly recommend the experience. It was a good amount of time (roughly 2 hours) riding around the desert on quad bikes with a stop for tea in the middle. The stop for tea could have been shorter but was a nice break. Words can't describe the beauty of the Moroccan sunset. The camel ride was very brief but enjoyable.

At the meeting point 10:30 a.m. on time and no one to pick us up, we couldn't contact the two numbers and no one called us. However, we have been sending messages in the application since 8:30 this morning.

We all loved this tour, my 17 year old children especially loved the quads and wanted to go faster. Our pick up was fine, our driver called to advise us he was running late but arrived shortly after. The guide for the quad biking was so helpful and took loads of photos for us and videos which will provide a great memory. I had read a review on here before we travelled saying take wipes as you get sandy. I would also recommend not wearing long hair in a high pony tail as it gave me a headache under the crash helmet and near the end of the tour I felt sick and dizzy but the guide was great at helping and making sure I was ok. The camel ride was a good experience but more uncomfortable than we thought it would be! Take some cash for tips, I felt the camel guide expected it! The only slightly disappointing aspect was it was meant to be a sunset tour but we didn't see the sunset whilst on the camels at all. This was a shame and maybe should not be promoted as that. But overall good value for money and would recommend.

Staff is very friendly and professional from the driver to the guides on the quads and camels everything was on point as a Moroccan girl with her family am so proud and amazed by the service provided from this people the communication and hospitality was great , thank you looking forward to meeting you soon
