Een trip naar de woestijn in Marokko is niet compleet zonder een ritje op een kameel door de duinen. Voor degenen die zijn gefascineerd door de caravans die door Afrikaanse woestijnen trokken tussen mythische steden en gewilde producten meenamen, zoals zout, is dit de mogelijkheid om u voor één nacht een nomade te voelen. Marokko-ervaring met kameeltocht door de duinen van de Erg Chebbi-woestijn tijdens deze tweedaagse trip door de Sahara. Probeer te sandboarden en te trommelen. Geniet vervolgens van een traditionele tajine en zoete muntthee voordat u in een berbertent gaat overnachten onder de sterrenhemel. Deze tour is voor maximaal 50 personen.

Gastvrije en vriendelijke nomaden, ervaren gidsen, begeleiden u tijdens de hele reis. Zij kennen de woestijn goed en vertellen u over de tradities en cultuur van de nomaden. Wij verstrekken alle benodigde apparatuur, zoals tenten, kooktoestellen, hapjes en drankjes etc. op de dagen dat u een kameeltocht maakt. In de middag, voordat de zon ondergaat, vindt u een geschikte plaats om het kamp op te slaan voor de nacht. De nomaden zetten de tenten op, bereiden het diner en maken thee op het kampvuur. Na het diner spelen ze op de traditionele trommels en wordt er gezongen. U bent van harte welkom om mee te zingen. We slapen in een tent of buiten onder de sterrenhemel. In de ochtend maken de nomaden het ontbijt klaar voordat u verder de woestijn in trekt. Dit is een unieke mogelijkheid om de stilte en de vrijheid van de woestijn te ontdekken, omringd door prachtige natuur met spectaculaire zonsondergangen en nachtelijke sterrenhemel.

First, Mustafa is SO nice and welcoming! Camel trekking with friendly guides and well trained clean camels at sunset and sunrise along with exquisite Moroccan cuisine for both dinner and breakfast—just fantastic. We would have happily paid twice and it would have been worth it.

Very welcome and good organization. We were able to do a quad bike tour and a camel ride. The camp was human-sized and one further away from other camps. It was very quiet, we enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was hearty and good.

It was an amazing experience and I would recommend everyone stay a night or two in the desert. Riding a camel is certainly an experience.

The trip into the desert was the highlight of our Morocco trip. The camel ride will be remembered - it was just the right length, was well-instructed and led to an idyllic desert camp. The guides were very friendly and multi-talented, and also took excellent photographs. Sleeping in the camp was also very pleasant, and the food was very good and plentiful. An all-round successful experience.

I would definitely recommend it! First we met in a hotel in the late afternoon and were driven in a jeep to the starting point with the dromedaries. Everyone got their own dromedary (there were five of us in total). A guide led the way on foot. In the middle of the tour we took a short break during which we could sandboard and take beautiful pictures of the sunset in the middle of the dunes. In the camp, which is on the edge of the dunes (incidentally, none of the other camps are in the dunes, but all on the edge), mint tea and snacks were waiting for us. There was a delicious and plentiful traditional dinner. At the end we drummed and sang around the campfire. Everyone was very friendly and interested. You could decide in advance whether you would ride back with the dromedaries the next morning or be driven back in the jeep. All in all, a great experience!
