Na je boeking ontvang je een e-mail met instructies voor het downloaden en spelen van de game op je telefoon. Epic fail. Could not access the tour which requires 2 apps, Vistor and Questo. I was standing in the cold trying to get technical support. Was sent round in circles between Questo and Viator. System required my email to access my purchase and refused to let me access my purchase. It should just work! Requested charge back from my credit card

Great experience. Very innovative and creative. You get to have a waking tour, experience lot of excitement and learn a lot about Cambridge at the same time. The calories burnt by walking is an added bonus. Kudos to the team to designed the game.
