~ Aankomsten binnenlandse terminal: We ontmoeten u bij aankomst bij de bagage-ophaaldienst en we zijn er normaal gesproken ongeveer 15 minuten na de landing van de vlucht. We hebben een bord met uw naam erop. ~ Aankomsten internationale terminal: We ontmoeten u in de aankomsthal en we zijn er normaal gesproken ongeveer 20 minuten na de landing van de vlucht. We hebben een bord met uw naam erop. ~ Aankomsten zeehaven/kade en treinstation: neem de dag van tevoren contact op met ons kantoor voor instructies. ~ Vertrek hotels: We ontmoeten u 5 minuten voor vertrek bij de receptie/lobby van het hotel.

Our driver, Steve, was waiting for us upon arrival at the airport and took care of our every need. He loaded our luggage, provided some commentary during our drive, and made dining recommendations. When we arrived at our accommodations, he went above and beyond by assisting with some issues with after hours checkin. I would highly recommend this service.

Professional driver waiting at bag claim helped with bags. Was able to park close short walk to new spacious van. Knowledgeable about port Douglas and coastal area. He warned us many restaurants would not be open due to January 1 being a holiday so he gave us the only two that would be and his recommendation was delicious.
Katherine our driver was very informative and gave us lots of local information. Easy pick up at the airport and drop off to our unit. Stopped to pick up bananas, keys to unit so much appreciated.
