Maak een wandeling naar een cacaoplantage, waar een lokale ambachtsman uitleg geeft over het chocolademaakproces. Zie hoe cacao wordt verbouwd en omgezet in chocolade met behulp van traditionele methoden die generaties lang zijn doorgegeven. Geniet van een verfrissend glas cacaomelk en steun de jarenlange traditie van de boerderij. 10.00 UUR: Aangekomen bij de HANDGEMAAKTE chocolade boerderij immersie. Na kleine grachten lopen we 10 – 15 minuten naar de cacaoplantage. Er is één man in Vietnam die chocolade maakt met zijn eigen techniek en recept die zeker indruk op je zal maken.

I did the Cai Rang Floating Market tour with Phoenix and couldn’t recommend him enough! He was incredibly sweet, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. Excellent trip by boat to the floating market in Cai Rang, followed by the visit of a traditional rice noodle manufacturer and a cacao farm. It was our second trip with our Guide Phoenix and it was again a pleasure. Would recommend it any day and to anybody who wants to see the many beautiful sides of Can Tho.
