We beginnen ons culinaire avontuur in het hart van Cagliari, waar we elkaar ontmoeten en een wandeling maken naar een charmante lokale bakkerij. Hier proeven we een selectie van de beste gebakjes en desserts uit de regio, die stuk voor stuk barsten van de traditionele smaken. Of je nu kiest om ter plekke te genieten of wat lekkers mee te nemen voor later, je staat een zoete ervaring te wachten.
Vervolgens gaan we naar een gezellige bistro of een gourmetwinkel, waar we genieten van een assortiment Sardijnse vleeswaren. In combinatie met een glas voortreffelijke regionale wijn biedt deze stop een perfecte smaak van het rijke culinaire erfgoed van het eiland.
Onze reis gaat verder met een bezoek aan een traditioneel Sardijns restaurant, waar we genieten van een heerlijke lokale voorgerecht. Dit gerecht toont de beste ingrediënten en recepten van Sardinië, waardoor we de authentieke smaken van het eiland kunnen ervaren in een gastvrije, historische omgeving.

Franchessca was absolutely amazing! She explained in detail the cultural significance and importance of the city as well as the food. We truly felt like locals on this tour with her! Her energy and kindness was something we will never forget. Grazie Millie!!!!!
Cagliari was our last stop on a two week vacation and this tour was by far the highlight! With only a couple days to see the city my fiancé and I decided to book this walking food tour. First things first, our guide, Francesca, was AMAZING. She was fun, knowledgeable, easy to follow, and truly knows the city and the best places to eat. She was greeted warmly at every restaurant we visited. We also did not have one bad meal!! We left extremely happy, full, and were able to see a good amount of the city, eat at family owned businesses, and get insider knowledge of Sardinian culture. We highly, highly recommend this tour AND Francesca! Advice? Make sure to come hungry and ready to try anything and everything! We will definitely be back.

This was one of our favorite nights of our visit to Sardinia. Not only did we enjoy lots of local delicacies, but Bjorn had excellent knowledge of Cagliari history as we walked. He was an ex excellent guide! Highly recommended.

Bjorn was absolutely amazing and very informative, obviously got all the traditional dishes of Sardinia.
Vincenzo was an amazing guide. He was interesting and a wealth of knowledge about the city. He also lived in the neighborhood of the tour and knew all the people where we went. When the final stop closed early he pivoted and found a great alternative for the final coffee tasting. So much to eat and a wonderful experience.
We loved our food tour with Vincenzo, he took us to some great spots which we probably wouldn’t of tried otherwise. He was really easy to speak to and had a great knowledge of Sardinia. 10/10 would recommend
