Mocht uw accommodatie niet bereikbaar zijn met de auto, dan helpt ons team u graag bij het regelen van de handigste opstapplaats in de buurt. Voor transfers van de luchthaven naar het Comomeer is de pick-up in de aankomsthal, waar de chauffeur op u wacht met een uithangbord met uw naam.

We used this service from Malpensa to Menaggio. When we arrived to our location, there were some issues with picking up the key to our condo and our driver was so very helpful! He helped us breach the language barrier and ensured we were able to access our rental. Without him we could have been stranded in the dark with nowhere to go! Very glad we booked this service.
Very punctual and safe driver. One concern is that the phone numbers listed in the Viator confirmation do not work! An Italian voice-mail picks up stating the number is not working. Thankfully the driver was on time.
I requested a pick up for 7 of us at the Hotel Cadenabbia on Lake Como. I also needed to have 5 of my family members dropped off at the train station in Como, and then my husband and I were going to the Milan Malpensa Airport to catch an early morning flight the next day. The driver was very accommodating; and was very prompt. He had bottled water available to us in his cooler, and we got to our destination on time.

Quick response time however the calendar/booking tool were not updated and I was charged for them immediately cancelling my request due to their limited availability

Best decision ever! Get greeted at the airport like a VIP, take a relaxing scenic drive to Menaggio vs dragging yourself (exhausted after overnight flights) to several train connections and a ferry to get to your hotel/condo. We arrived refreshed at our condo and we’re sipping Aperol spritz on the water by lunch.
