Het waterpark Termas Cacheuta, op 38 km van Mendoza, biedt een unieke ervaring, omringd door het Andesgebergte en de rivier de Mendoza. Met zwembaden met verschillende temperaturen en hydrotherapieën, maar ook interactieve ruimtes voor kinderen en vier spannende waterglijbanen, is het perfect voor gezinnen. Een eigen supermarkt en Mercado Andino met eetgelegenheden zorgen voor gemak. Het verschil tussen het park ligt in de twee sectoren: het bovenste niveau, het hele jaar geopend, en het lagere niveau, beschikbaar van de lente tot Pasen, voor plezier in elk seizoen.

Het heeft een magazijn waar u alles kunt kopen wat u nodig heeft voor uw dag. Voor wie niet wil koken, bij Mercado Andino kun je terecht voor broodjes, salades en snacks, een prima optie! Je kunt ook eten in de restaurants in Vila de Cacheuta.
Deze ervaring is bedoeld voor families, vrienden en groepen die plezier willen hebben in een natuurlijke omgeving. Het heeft twee sectoren: het bovenste niveau is het hele jaar geopend en het lagere niveau is alleen geopend van de lente tot Pasen.

Better communication is key. My initial communication was to the wrong place. I gave my phone number and nothing. Viator initially wouldn’t give me my refund. Horrible service. My photo is the meeting spot.
Hmm. This seemed to be mainly a local attraction. It didn’t quite meet the cleanliness or safety standards I’m used to. That said, the people were friendly and the water was nice. I probably wouldn’t go back, but I’m glad I went. The transfers were fine, although the driver seemed to be in a hurry on the return trip and drove a bit maniacally. Very little English spoken on the bus or at the park.
The ride to the Termas was on time. You have a whole day to spend there. You can bring your food or buy there. It was very nice day. The only problem was in the returning some of the people in the bus were late and our bus driver had to go and get them.
The service of the agency was excellent, made by very pleasant and dedicated professionals. The park has several swimming pools, each with a different temperature, so everyone can have experiences in the warm waters, as you choose. It was a very special day!
The Thermal Hot Springs look so nice and luxurious on the Viator website that I was sure it would bear only a passing resemblance when visited in person. Not so! The spas are beautiful, not overly crowded, clean, and the trip was a highlight of our time in Mendoza. This is a must-see. (We did the "Premium Spa Day" and that is what everyone recommended. There is a lesser option at an adjoining location that should be avoided, we heard.) Also, all those beautiful bikini clad women shown in the posted photos? They're really there! Not everyone was spectacular of course (me, for instance) but the place seemed to be 50% professional models. The lunch was excellent, all you can eat, and you dine in your bathrobe. We missed the breakfast, but the 5 hours we spent there were enough. Transportation might be an issue. Cabify works better than Uber, but either can be spotty out there. We arranged for our Cabify driver to return for us at 4:30 and just arranged a price in advance. That worked for us.
We closed with Ciatrip a day trip to the Cacheuta spa and it was all worth it! They were very attentive in the service, with accurate information and ease for booking / payment. It was all done online. On the day of the tour the van arrived on time and took us to a very quiet and relaxing day. The pools are amazing and the lunch is fantastic!
