Ons project begon in 2019 en is met liefde en passie voor vlinders en natuur tot stand gekomen. Onze missie is om voorlichting te geven over deze kwetsbare wezens, bedreigde bestuivers te beschermen, vlinderbescherming te ondersteunen en bewustzijn en actie te inspireren om ons ecosysteem te behouden. Als onderdeel van deze ervaring nodigt ons nieuwe Butterfly Heritage Museum bezoekers uit om het culturele, ecologische en wetenschappelijke belang van vlinders te ontdekken. We zetten ons in voor milieuverbeteringen die een duurzame toekomst ondersteunen en tegelijkertijd bijdragen aan het sociale en economische welzijn van onze gemeenschap. We absolutely loved our tour with Fabian. It was not peak season, so we were the only ones there. The whole tour felt individualized and we just had the best time making conversation with him like an old friend. We learned so much. I definitely recommend if you like animal crossing or gardening.

Excellent guide, diverse butterflies and nice experience to release young butterflies. The way there is not asphalted, carefully if rain.

This was a very educational, enriching, and fun tour. We got to learn plenty of cool new facts about the local butterfly species. Our tour guide, Adrian, was very informative and friendly. And we got to set free a few butterflies that had only been born a few minutes before. I highly recommend this adventure to family and friends here and abroad.

This was a fantastic experience. The guide was great - very informed, personable and patiently guided us through the sanctuary and answered all of our questions. Admission price could be a little lower but overall great value with the tour included and getting to release a new butterfly which was a special moment. Well done on the creation of this sanctuary.

The guide was great. He took us through a very informative and fun tour of the various butterfly species and their known history. He was very interactive and answered all questions. He took the time to guide us through the entire sanctuary and was great to talk to. My families favorite parts were definitely walking amongst all the butterflies in the sanctuary and releasing the new butterflies on their first flights of life. I’d definitely recommend the butterfly sanctuary to others.

I did not realize there was so much to learn about butterflies! Our guide was amazing. He knew so much and he made the tour really interesting by not rushing my mom and I through the enclosure, and answering all our questions. This is a definite must see!!!!!
