Wij bieden u de meest vermakelijke, veilige en comfortabele manier om met de bus te reizen tussen Cusco - Puno en Puno - Cusco langs de Ruta del Sol. Bezoek met ons de koloniale kerk van Andahuaylillas, het archeologische complex van Raqchi, de pas van La Raya en het steenmuseum van Pukara.

Dat is een kerk uit de 17e eeuw, ook wel bekend als La Sistina de los Andes vanwege de schoonheid van de muurschilderingen, de werken in bladgoud en de schilderijen van de Cusco-school die erin is ondergebracht. HET ARCHEOLOGISCHE COMPLEX VAN RAQCHI. (3.450 MASL) Ook bekend als de tempel van de god WIRACOCHA, die de opperste Inka-godheid was, op deze plaats zullen we het grootste aantal Colcas (schuren) vinden, we zullen ook prachtige stenen en adobe-gebouwen zien. BELANGRIJK. Het bezoek duurt 40 minuten / We raden het gebruik van hoed en zonnebrandcrème aan / De tijd onderweg om deze site te bereiken is 1 uur en 40 minuten
HET ARCHEOLOGISCHE MUSEUM VAN PUCARA. (3.900 MASL) Dat het een cultuur is die zich ontwikkelde van 1600 voor Christus tot 400 na Christus, 106 km naar de mor. Ten oosten van de stad Puno kunnen we in dit museum keramiek en sculpturen vinden die zoömorfische figuren voorstellen, waaronder het beroemde beeldhouwwerk van HATUNÑAQAC dat in onze tijd zou worden vertaald als de opperste moordenaar. BELANGRIJK. Het bezoek duurt 30 minuten / De tijd onderweg om deze site te bereiken is 120 minuten
DE PAS VAN LA RAYA. (4.335 MASL) Dat is de grens tussen de steden Cusco en Puno op meer dan 4335 MSNM waar de beroemde met sneeuw bedekte CHIMBOYA zich bevindt, van waaruit de AMAZONAS-rivier wordt geboren. Waar toeristen foto's van het landschap kunnen maken, duurt het bezoek 5 tot 7 minuten BELANGRIJK. De bezoektijd duurt tussen de 7 en 10 minuten / we raden het gebruik van extra jas / consumptie van cocathee aan om de soroche tegen te gaan. De reistijd onderweg om deze site te bereiken is 120 minuten.

Very good experience with this company. Comfort and service of 10 with the seats so spacious and the attention received, also providing us with various drinks during the journey. Highlight the guide Efrain Sosa who did a spectacular job, very correct and informing us perfectly of everything, in several languages as well. Highly recommended to travel with them.

We had an awful experience. We paid for our trip and had proof - both a credit card statement and our voucher from TripAdvisor that had instructions to present the voucher at the terminal. While they let us take the trip anyway, towards the end of the trip they put us through a really awkward and stressful situation, putting us on the phone with the owner of the tour operator, saying out loud that the owner needs our number to sort things out while there were other people on the bus within earshot, and saying we cancelled our trip when that absolutely was not true. I agreed to give them my number to explain to the operator everything I had already explained several times, and he insisted that I had cancelled my trip. Nothing on my end says that. In all of the chaos, I misplaced one of our badges and they hounded us for it, during a time when I was so overwhelmed and embarrassed and scrambling to get off the bus. Thankfully I found it otherwise I was going to have to pay them 20 soles to cover the cost of a plastic lanyard. It was such an embarrassing and stressful experience and I felt humiliated being accused of something I never did. They all acted like we were trying to get away with something, and it was beyond inappropriate and inaccurate. As far as the service, the tour guide spoke very broken English and was not giving the same content in English as in Spanish. He would get to a point where he couldn't think of the word and just stop talking. Luckily I am bilingual so I got the info I needed from the Spanish version, but my husband and kids were confused. Never using this tour operator again.

We received an official cancellation email from the platform where you made the purchase (Viator/TripAdvisor). Since it was a Sunday and we did not have immediate administrative support from that platform, our priority was to allow you to board the bus without further issues to avoid disrupting your itinerary, trusting your word despite the fact that your reservation appeared as "cancelled" in our system. Regarding your comments, after reviewing the bus's internal security cameras, we must clarify the following: Regarding the phone call: The recordings show our staff handing you the mobile device privately. At no point was the call put on speakerphone, nor was your situation discussed with other passengers. We regret that you perceived it differently, but the video evidence shows a direct and discreet interaction. Regarding the credentials (Photo IDs): The use of these IDs is mandatory to facilitate your smooth entry to tourist sites and for security. They generate an operating cost for the company. Our guide simply requested their return in accordance with regulations, without any intention of inconveniencing you. Reservation management: As we demonstrated with screenshots sent to your mobile phone, the cancellation error originated from the sales website. We are still awaiting a formal response from them (Viator), as we provided the service 100% despite Viator's lack of confirmation. Our goal is always to provide quality service. We believe that characterizing the treatment as "harassment" is a disproportionate perception given the efforts our team made to ensure you could travel despite the errors on the external platform. Our intention was not to cause you a bad trip, but rather to clarify something that was an error on the part of TripAdvisor/Viator, as we received a cancellation notice. Sincerely,
Haven’t tried a lot of bus trip here but this one is surprisingly good. Our tour guide Enrique is very passionate and knowledgeable about Inca and pre-Inca history, he’s a good guide to know about the region and how the truth is. Lunch is great in a clean and nice-view restaurant. Would recommend to anyone who wants a chill and comfortable bus trip.

Bus service that I used more than once to get from Puno to Cusco, alone or with friends. The journey is long, but the seats are comfortable, there is a bathroom on board and cabin crew are available and serve both hot and cold drinks. On board there is a guide, the last time Henrique, very competent, who introduces the group to the sites where it stops and tells facts and anecdotes of the place and the people who lived there. The stops are Pucara, Raqchi and Andahuaylillas. Entrance fees are not included and must be purchased on board. I recommend all three. Another stop is in Abra la Raya, on the border between the territory of Puno and Cusco. Included in the package is the buffet lunch near Sicuani, quite varied.

It was excellent, the transport super comfortable, with all the necessary conditions, all the explanation given by Don Enrique was very complete, clear and exciting, plus the restaurant too nice and the delicious food. All excellent, great experience.

Very good experience, the bus was clean, the WIFI worked well and the staff was always very attentive. The guide spoke very good English and was very friendly, also was always around to explain any questions or give any recommendations. All the stops were in good places.

We bought the tickets on the website which made it very easy to buy, when we arrived at the terminal the staff was very attentive and supported us in everything. The bus was clean and the seats very comfortable. The guide was very professional in every explanation and the Terrace was very friendly providing us with drinks. What we liked the most was the buffet
