Bustickets van Marrakech naar Essaouira Supratours

I asked to change the ticket and after three emails and three whatsapp not having received a response for either time change, or substitution, I had to buy another ticket with Booking.com which proved, as usual, super efficient.

Luggage ticket is extra and needs to be purchased at the bus station. The bus also took a break halfway.

The booking process is a little fiddly but once mastered worked admirably. Nice comfortable journey and central stop.

Our tickets to Essaouira were NOT accepted at Supratours station. We had to purchase new tickets inside the station in order to travel. This was a waste of money purchasing them on Viator. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund of these tickets if they are not refunded by you.

Super on time, great driver, super organization! We enjoyed a lot and also were happy about the 20 min Break!

Bus quite comfortable and very punctual.attention you have to pay ,but very little, to put luggage in the hold.

The city needs to clean around the station. Some miss understanding between the bus stuff and customer they need some improvement in communication during the check in

A return trip Marrakech will be souououou on March 12, 2025 on the return I forget my phone in the bus that returns to the depot after its last line , I geolocate my phone it appears well at the bus depot but no one finds it even geolocated at supratours I promise to remember I am still waiting!!!! It is a clear theft on the part of the driver or the one cleaning the bus and no way to contact them

Bus from Marrakesh to Essaouira was lovely with a modern air conditioned bus. Staff at the Essaouira bus stationed were rude. We checked our suitcase in as we did in Marrakesh but this time we were asked to pay. I asked the woman why we had to pay when we didn’t have to on our journey here and she informed me it was because we were getting a different bus. There was a slight language barrier and I wanted some clarify and told her I had bought a return ticket and if this was the right bus and again why I needed to pay and her response was to get angry and start shouting at me and throw my money on the counter. We then went to get on the bus and were then informed we had to pay for our backpacks to be put under the bus. We told them we wanted to have our backpacks with us and were told no we have to pay to put them under. There were a few passengers we saw this happen to and we were all confused at why we had to do this. Once on the bus which was older with no aircon compared to the bus we arrived on we saw plenty of overhead space and people with bigger bags then us. Overall the treatment at the Essaouira station was shocking.

During my trip to Morocco I used this bus line to go from Marrakesh to Essaouira. I bought tickets at the station, checked in bags to put underneath, all served very simply and easily. Excellent service for getting around by local transport.
