We were very happy with the bus transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba Island. The bus was very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, which was especially important in the hot Vietnamese weather. The journey was also very well organized. There was only one short 15-minute stop on the way from Hanoi to the ferry to Cat Ba — just enough time to have breakfast, get a coffee and stretch our legs. We really appreciated not having unnecessary stops, as it made the journey smooth and efficient. Our guide was another highlight. He spoke excellent English and shared many interesting facts and stories about Vietnam along the way. The journey was not only comfortable but also informative and enjoyable.
