The service on this combo trip was excellent. Pickup from our hotel was on time, and the driver was courteous and informative; transfers are included, which makes everything much easier. Despite the crowds, the Burj Khalifa staff was polite, and the entire process, from check-in to going to the top, was well-organized. Ticketing was simple; all I had to do was display the e-ticket from my phone.

Burj Khalid at the top was a big hit, Marina show cruise was also good. They were two different experiences but both worked well for the family.

The elevator ride was incredibly fast, and the panoramic views from the observation deck were simply breathtaking. Seeing Dubai from above gave me a whole new appreciation for the city. It's an attraction that truly lives up to its reputation.

One small thing I'll say through, videos don't really capture the height properly. There's a strange feeling when you look down for the first time that catches your stomach off guard a little 😁.
