Boedapest Puszta dagtrip naar Kecskemet met paardenshow & lunch

Kom en maak deel uit van een geweldige ervaring - bezoek de Hongaarse Puszta (onderdeel van de Grote Laagvlakte). Eerst bezoeken we Kecskemét om het verschil te zien tussen een stad op het platteland en de bruisende stad Boedapest. We gaan verder naar Lajosmizse. Bij aankomst op de boerderij proeven we ’barackpálinka’ (abrikozenbrandewijn) als welkomstdrankje. Voor een paardenshow stappen we in een koets voor een ritje in de ’puszta’. Ons programma gaat verder met de verbluffende aantrekkingskracht van de Hongaarse ’csikós’ (Hongaarse ruiters). Om uw dag compleet en onvergetelijk te maken - verwennen wij u met een heerlijke landelijke lunch (3-gangendiner met een glas wijn), die wordt geserveerd in een Hongaarse herberg "Csárda" . Terug naar Boedapest, de tour eindigt in het centrum van de stad.

Our guide Kristina was very thoughtful and gave a lot of interesting information. The restaurant was fantastic and the place felt very welcoming. The meal was traditional Hungarian food and was worth every penny. As for the horse show, while a bit short it is definitely worth seeing.

A nice little trip to Kecskemet and a chance to see a bit more of Hungary. Our guide, Elisabeth, was knowlegable and informative. The horse show didn't amount to much but we did get to see the horses up close and watch them race around.

Relaxed and engaging. This tour with Attila (who else in Hungary?) was wonderful. Being able to walk into places we would otherwise walk past was great.

My wife and i went on this venture. It was fun but LOTS of down time and we had no idea it was a full day journey as we were leaving BUDAPEST early the next morning. Also had a hard time finding the meeting place. Please indicate going forward that the the meeting place is inside the Intercontintel hote. Thanks, Chris Schneck
Thanks for your feedback. Puszta DAY TRIP is a full day programe. The duration of the Puszta tour is 10hrs, you can find it in our brochure and webpage as well. We indicate everywhere that our office is located in the Hotel Intercontinental.
Learned a bit of the history of Budapest on the drive out of town, enjoyed the walking tour of Kecskemet, had a fantastic and filling lunch, followed by an amazing demonstration of the Hungarian horsemen. The van provided a comfortable ride and our guide (Yolonda) was very knowledgeable and friendly. What a great way to experience the Great Plains of Hungary!

The guide was ok on the road . Kecshemet was nice, enjoyed walking through square with vendors. The horse show was totally disorganized, we spent a lot of time standing around with no idea where to go next. This is where our guide was not good, he gave us no guidance at show. The food was good at the show...the show was ok but very short once we figured out where we were supposed to be. Overall we were disappointed and it was not a very good choice for our last day in Budapest.
A very good day trip outside of the city. The guide was informative and helpful. We had a good driver. We had a lovely walk around with stop for coffee and cake then a good lunch at Puszta then an excellent carriage ride. Interesting walk around stables and a good show where you could crack your own whip if you wanted
Nice company. Reception with one local drink. Delicious lunch. Trip with one carriage and pasrdenshow. N beautiful excursion. Recommended!

Klara was a great tour guide. Keczkemet is a cute town in the Hungarian Plain. The church bell chimes was a pleasure to listen to. We got to see Lipizzaner horses, Hungarian Gray Cattle, and observe traditional Hungarian horse dressage and training. The lunch that was served as part of the tour was delicious and generous in quantity.

The sightseeing in Kecskemét, the horse show and lunch were all good. The gouache soup we served at lunch was very good with lots of beef and potatoes! The apricot jam on the dessert milk pie Tejespite is also excellent. The ease of getting there by bus from Budapest is also good. I highly recommend this tour.
