Kids had a lot of fun hands on activities but the main bubble machine was broken and people waited around to be fixed with no results so very disappointing
The experience summed up in one word…dirty. A lot of the things were not working properly and were wore out. My daughter who was the Birthday girl lost her VIP pass in the massive ball pit and was distraught about it and the worker told her to get back in and find it…really? Find it? The employee attitudes were not joyful or happy their communication at every touch point was harsh and rude. Clearly this is a leadership issue that is trickling down as it was throughout the entire experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
This was definitely a fun experience . My daughter who is 12 loved it and my grand baby who is 1 don’t want to leave . I wish it was longer time wise . We were done in 1 hr .
There isn't much to do. I will give outcome of picture 100% experience 30%. There isn't much activities for adults and the fun for the kids are not memorable. This was like a forgettable birthday party.
Check to make sure the experience you want is really there. We drove from NJ because the Monet experience was supposed to be there. Thats what was stated online and turns out it was the bubble one. It was OK but it isnt something I would do again. And the people they had working there has no enthusiasm what so ever.
This is worth the price. It’s all about fun but you can also learn about bubble properties. I’ve been twice with kids and both times were great. It’s well managed. I recommend it. Not least because of the quotes on the walls including Nietzsche.
We were expecting more. Lots of the games did not work and there was only one room with bubbles and there were not a lot of bubbles in it. Not suitable for anyone under 8 in my opinion. If you are taking the train beware, it runs through a not so great part of town. The VR portion was lame as well.
Such a wonderful experience! Would recommend booking the first time of the day as it was pretty empty. Our entire family enjoyed the experience!
This is more so for little children. Not for teenagers or young adults. It’s basically like a playground for children.
Bubble Planet was a lot of fun for the kids. They were excited for the different scenarios and experiences, especially the Bubble bath pit. If you or kids jave light sensitivity, there are a few areas of strobe lighting and colorful light changes.
