Proeverijen van honing, chocolade en fudge zijn ook inbegrepen bij Bruny Island Chocolate Co en Bruny Island Honey. Pick-up van uw geselecteerde Hobart hotel of nabijgelegen ontmoetingspunt. Meer dan 20 locaties beschikbaar in Hobart, waaronder CBD, North Hobart en Sandy Bay, plus Kettering en Bruny Island. Vertrek is om 07.00 uur vanaf het belangrijkste Hobart ontmoetingspunt. Ophalen van andere locaties kan eerder zijn.
Korte ferry overtocht van Kettering naar Bruny Island. Retourtarief inbegrepen.
Ochtendthee op het strand. Krijgen Shucked oesters (vers geschept), drie soorten Bruny Island kaas, vers gebakken brood, thee en koffie. Glutenvrije koekjes beschikbaar. De Gids zet het op op het strand.
Historische stop verbonden met de vroege verkenning van Bruny Island.
Zoek naar de Bennett's witte wallaby, een albino wallaby uniek voor Bruny Island. Waarnemingen zijn niet gegarandeerd.
Schilderachtige rit door het gematigde regenwoud op de hellingen van Mount Mangana. Weersafhankelijk.
Bezoek aan South Bruny National Park. Toegangsprijzen voor het Nationaal Park zijn inbegrepen.
30 minuten durende rondleiding door Cape Bruny Lighthouse, gebouwd in 1836, op de monumentenlijst, buiten gebruik gesteld 1997. Originele lens uit 1903 nog ter plaatse. Beklim 72 treden (met leuning) naar het balkon. Uitzicht over de Zuidelijke Oceaan en kaap. Cape Bruny Lighthouse Museum inbegrepen voor alle gasten. Kinderen jonger dan 5 jaar mogen het museum bezoeken en onder toezicht van volwassenen naar binnen lopen bij de basis.
Eengangenlunch met uitzicht op Sunset Beach. Lokale Bruny Island en Tasmaanse producten. Glutenvrije, veganistische en vegetarische opties beschikbaar. Dranken niet inbegrepen.

De smalle landengte die Noord- en Zuid Bruny Island met elkaar verbindt. Drie opties : 279 trappen naar de Truganini Lookout, mid-level lookout, of vlakke promenade naar het strand.
Terugreis van Bruny Island naar Kettering.
Terugkeer naar het door u geselecteerde hotel of ontmoetingspunt in Hobart. Aankomst ongeveer 17.00 tot 17.00 uur: 30 uur.

- Dit is een begeleide weg- en veerboottour in een bus met airconditioning. Het is geen cruise of boottocht.
- Vertrekt Hobart om 7 uur. Retourneert ongeveer 17:00 tot 17:30 uur.
- Uw specifieke ophaaltijd en locatie wordt na boeking bevestigd. Ophalen van andere locaties dan het belangrijkste ontmoetingspunt in Hobart kan eerder zijn dan 07.00 uur.
- Neem een kleine dagtas of rugzak mee. Koffers en grote tassen kunnen niet in de bus.
- Bruny Island is vaak koeler dan Hobart. Neem ook in de zomer warme laagjes en een regenjas mee.
- Draag comfortabele wandelschoenen met gesloten neus.
- Vanwege de veiligheidsvoorschriften kunnen kinderen jonger dan 5 jaar de trap van de Cape Bruny Lighthouse niet beklimmen, maar kunnen ze binnen rond de basis lopen.
- Neem een herbruikbare waterfles mee. In de bus is water beschikbaar om de hele dag bij te vullen.
- Dieetwensen en voedselallergieën moeten worden genoteerd op het moment van boeking. Glutenvrije, veganistische en vegetarische opties beschikbaar tijdens de lunch. Glutenvrije koekjes verkrijgbaar bij de ochtendthee.
- Kinderen jonger dan 5 jaar kunnen geen trappen van de Cape Bruny Lighthouse beklimmen. Zij mogen het museum bezoeken en onder toezicht van volwassenen buiten de basis wandelen.
- Neem contact op met de operator voordat u boekt voor baby's jonger dan 12 maanden.

Davo was an excellent tour guide, with a great sense of humour. You could easily tell as you got in the bus that a tour with him would be one you wouldn’t forget. Oysters were amazing, tour was beautiful.
Amazing day from start to finish - was lucky that our group was quite small which meant plenty of room on the bus, plenty of yummy food ( can’t go past the local fresh bread and cheeses) and a super accessible guide - thank you Marina. Accessing the inside of the lighthouse was really interesting. Finding the fridge baker was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Indeed a very enjoyable day trip. Our driver and guide David had done a great job to keep us happy all the way. The food tasting part was great and ended up buying a lot back to enjoy. Highly recommend! 👍🏻
We joined the tour on 30 Jun 2026, it was a memorable & unforgettable experience. The tourguide is super experienced & had a lot of knowledge about the nature. He can just walked by the rainforest or off by the road, and get pepperberry & australian gum for us to smell. The taste of perpperberry is interesting while that of Australian gum is super relieving and cozy, just made me wanna get some essential oil if have. The lighthouse view is stunning, the Get shucked oyster is extremely delicious. We even bought another 2 dozens ourselves. It is the best oyster I had so far. The weather was nice that day, as well as the view of The Truganini Lookout at The Neck. Just exactly the same as the postcard one. And happy that the tour fee included the hotel lunch, which we have a list of options to be choose from. The pasta are nicely cooked and yummm. The tourguide even drove us to the fridge which sell fresh (hot) sourdough by an old man, another must remember for me and my friends. For this part, will recommend the webpage describe more, so other tourmate won't miss it. Lastly, we are so lucky that saw many white wallabies in the district, all of us are amazed. Overall, it was a perfect Bruny Island tour, we love the Bruny Island so much, the price is just worthy.

I first visited Bruny Island 13 years ago, and at that time the lighthouse wasn't open to visitors yet. So this time, I had no idea I needed to book in advance to go inside the lighthouse. Because of that, I had to wait 1.5 hours since they only allow 10 people per tour. Luckily, the previous tour group arrived late, and the guide was kind enough to let us join an earlier tour instead of waiting for our booked time. It was absolutely worth it. The experience was mind-blowing, and the view from the top was simply stunning. It was so peaceful and breathtaking that I could have stayed there forever if I could. ❤️
