Excursie Amsterdam - Brugge in één dag? Met onze dagtocht maken we een sprong van Amsterdam naar Brugge. België, het slagveld van Europa, het land van bier, wafels…. We zullen focussen op Brugge, een middeleeuwse stad bij uitstek, niet bewust van politieke en sociale veranderingen ...

Onze bus zet ons af op het Bargeplein. Hier hebben we 10 minuten om naar de badkamer te gaan. De gids legt je uit hoe laat je terug moet naar de bus.
Onze eerste stop is Lake Minnewater, ook wel bekend als het "Lake of Love". Met het prachtige meer op de achtergrond, zal onze gids de geschiedenis van Brugge uitleggen, evenals het liefdesverhaal verbonden aan dit meer.
De volgende stop op onze tour is de Beguinario. Opgericht in 1245, bewaart deze plek de geschiedenis van een ongelooflijke groep vrouwen.
In een van de weinige gecertificeerde artisanale chocoladewinkels krijgen we de gelegenheid om ambachtelijke chocolaatjes te proeven. Onze gids vertelt ons ook over de beroemde Brugse chocolade en geeft ons enkele tips om de handgemaakte chocolade te onderscheiden van de industriële.
Op dit prachtige plein zal onze gids de geschiedenis van Brugs bier uitleggen.
Hier leert onze gids ons hoe we de originele middeleeuwse huizen kunnen identificeren.
U krijgt de gelegenheid om vanaf de kleine brug prachtige foto's te maken.
Voor het Oud Sint-Janshospitaal zal onze gids ons uitleggen hoe het gezondheidssysteem werkte in het middeleeuwse Brugge.
Voor het oude Hospital de San Juan vinden we de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk. Van buitenaf zal onze gids enkele curiositeiten uitleggen over het witmarmeren beeld van de Maagd met het Kind gemaakt door Michelangelo dat zich in de kerk bevindt.
Voor Gruuthuse ontmoeten we de beroemdste en machtigste familie van Brugge tussen de 17e en 18e eeuw.
Op een van de meest charmante plekken van Brugge zal onze gids de interessante legende van deze brug uitleggen. Ze hebben ook tijd om foto's te maken.
Op de meest gefotografeerde plek van Brugge vertelt onze gids over de geschiedenis rond de "Pier of the Roses". Je krijgt ook de gelegenheid om wat foto's te maken.
Onze volgende stop is het Tannersplein, hier zullen we leren hoe leerlooiers werkten in het middeleeuwse Brugge.
Op dit plein vinden we het gotische stadhuis, het oude gerechtsgebouw en de Basiliek van het Heilig Bloed.
Het laatste punt van onze rondleiding is de Grote Markt. Hier legt onze gids de verschillende gebouwen rond het plein uit en geeft hij je ook wat advies over waar je kunt eten of wat de beste winkels zijn om traditionele chocolade te kopen. De gids herinnert je er ook aan wanneer en waar je moet zijn om de bus terug naar Brussel te nemen.
Vrije tijd, ze genieten van ongeveer 2 uur vrije tijd (afhankelijk van het verkeer en het tempo van de groep).

It was a great experience! Our guides were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of helpful suggestions. They shared so much interesting information and really helped us understand what life was like back then. They also pointed out landmarks to make sure we didn’t get lost and gave us tips on where to find authentic chocolate shops and great places to eat. They even whispered insider shopping tips and what to look out for! Our driver and Adrian our tour guide was especially funny and made the trip even more enjoyable.
recently took a tour to Bruges and had a wonderful experience. Our tour operator, Blanca, was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly. Michael, our driver, was professional and got us to and from our destination safely and on time. The tour was well-organized and punctual, which I really appreciated. The only thing I wish is that we had a bit more time to explore Bruges on our own—there’s so much to see! But overall, it was a great tour and a very good value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable day trip.
I went to the guide Ariel to ask for radio with headphones because we were a group of 14 Spanish speakers. He arrogantly replied that it was not necessary and that if I did not agree that he left a review therefore here I am leaving it. Our guide Patricia was going a little fast, we found it stressful because she was dressed in gray and black and sometimes it was difficult to locate her. On return it takes 20' to get from the center of Bruges to the bus, you must orient yourself with your mobile in hand. At the end of the tour tips are requested at will.
This is a scam trip. Please do not book through Buendia tours. They will give you radios that don't work. Their customer service sucks and then they have guides who can't speak English properly. Preference is only given to people who are natives. The destination was about 1.5 hrs away from the city, They left us in Ghent and did not bother calling me. The icing on the cake is the next day when I called them, to return my belongings, they said someone would come to Aloha bowling center in Amsterdam to return, after waiting for 1 hour and plenty calls, I learnt nobody was coming. I followed up again and they said they found nothing in the bus. These guys are running a scam and not a tour guide operations. I strongly recommend do Not book your tour with Buendia. Pathetic and terrible.
Gia Sebastian gave us a good explanation of the place as well as recommendations on where to buy, everything was very good, he gave us an explanation in Spanish and English.
The worst experience of our lives, since they left my 68-year-old mother and I stranded when it came time to return for delaying us by only 5 minutes and being warned and having confirmation that they were notifying of the delay since we were only a few meters from the destination and in the morning we were waiting for more than 15 minutes for other passengers, according to them out of courtesy and where is the courtesy when they return??? When we arrived at the meeting point they were not there, but the worst thing is that we had to take a train (which was already the last of the day) to return to Amsterdam from Bruges with several transfers, lasting 5 hours and at a very high price. To make matters worse, they take no responsibility for anything and tell you that they left at a time that is not real and that they were waiting for us, WHICH IS COMPLETELY FALSE. I have evidence that justifies that at the time they indicate they were no longer there and they are very aware of this. I would understand that they left if more time had passed, but the return time was 5:30 p.m. and at 5:35 p.m. we were at the destination and they were aware of our arrival at 17:35 because I have WhatsApp that corroborates it, and witnesses the time of our arrival. We really feel very bad for the treatment received, since there is no justification for doing what they did. I hope the same thing happens to no one again because it has truly been a very unpleasant experience and one of the worst of our lives.

It was good but it lacked more tour, more history, a better chocolate guide and the plaza lacked better advice on food
