Brighton i360 Anytime Bekijk 360 Ticket

Great experience, really enjoyed a gentle trip upwards! My husband isn’t so keen on heights and there was a lovely man on the bar who chatted with him and helped him to relax! Really appreciated his care and his friendly face :) The ticket staff were also very helpful and friendly

Really lovely experience this time! Ok - let’s get any critical observations out the way! Firstly I would say it’s a bit over staffed, that is probably my only criticism, it doesn’t need that many people and if you have that many people get them cleaning the decks or washing the glass, make them earn a wage! Some of the glass on the doughnut is broken, apparently this was caused by yobs, being a Brighton resident, I part own this structure and this damage should have made national news with a man hunt to catch them and stick them in prison where they belong. Toilets, wonderful you have so many of them, but none of them had water, can I suggest sacking off some of the spare staff and hiring a plumber. I had gone on this attraction when it first opened and thought it was awful then, on this occasion I was very impressed! Firstly they allowed my therapy dog on as they should but also it was handled so well at the booking desk, they did however make me hold him which was unnecessary but whatever. Ok, now what made this visit better! One single member of staff, the lady with the microphone, she talked about the i360 and the scenes around us, this wasn’t done all those years ago and makes a huge difference. What I could tell though was that through repitition she had become a little fatigued, this could have been overcome by making other staff rotate to deliver this tour, she had clearly researched quite a lot of the information, but it would be great if she looked up even more information. This lady (whoever she is), is 100% a really credible asset to this attraction, the other staff were young and somewhat immature but this lady really was running the show and done a great job of it! Without someone like her, you effectively just have a very tall lift! Also bought a couple of drinks at the bar and was so pleased the drinks were a sensible price. Can I suggest a dog event if you don’t wish to allow regular dogs on anyway, Brighton is a dog loving city and this novelty would pull in a huge crowd. Also can I suggest a meditation one, mindfulness up there would be great Security: do you really need metal detectors like an airport? I think it’s overkill, the structure isn’t much higher than any of the tall blocks of flats, a fresh risk assessment would probably allow these measures to be lifted?

Well this was a great experience for me. Someone who is terrified of heights, I had to go up and try conquer my fears. Very good value for money, the staff were friendly, it's about 30-40 minutes. The views were fantastic, even though I was sat on one of the seats a few points in the trip up to the top. But i managed to get some photo's of the view at the top and going up and down. Look forward to going again.

This is a fantastic excursion to do in Brighton! Simply breathtaking views and great experience!
