Onder leiding van een lokale food Expert ervaar je de smaken en tradities die van een Braziliaanse BBQ een echt sociaal feest maken. In tegenstelling tot een toeristisch steakhouse vindt dit begeleide diner plaats in een klassieke churrascaria waar de lokale bevolking daadwerkelijk samenkomt, vol gelach, aroma en ritme. Je leert over de sneden, de wijnen en de verhalen achter de grill, terwijl je de tafel deelt met medereizigers die als vreemden aankomen en als vrienden vertrekken. Het gaat niet alleen om wat je eet, maar wat je mee naar huis neemt: een dieper begrip van de Braziliaanse cultuur — en herinneringen die je maaltijden voor altijd op smaak zullen brengen. Wij bieden twee eetgelegenheden : Churrascaria Palace, een 5-sterren Braziliaanse steakhouse met een grote verscheidenheid aan rundvlees, varkensvlees, kip, zeevruchten, sushi, en zelfs vis typisch voor de Amazone. De andere ervaring is bij Churrascaria Carretão, een 4-sterren Braziliaanse steakhouse gericht op rundvlees, varkensvlees en kip. Beide belevenissen zijn inclusief een fles wijn per persoon.

A great experience, where cooking together is a pleasant and fun time. The leader ensures that everyone is comfortable, and is ready to participate fully. The course is sprinkled with anecdotes and exchanges around the culture of Brazil, its geography. The course ends with the tasting of the prepared dishes. It really takes a colorful character, a chef, and a real master of ceremonies!

The cooking class was an amazing experience! Roberto the chef was informative, very helpful, and made the entire session fun and engaging.
