Bratislava Essential Wandeltocht met kleine groep

Beschrijving

It covered a lot in 1 hour. Daria was lovely and was very informative. It was a great way to see Bratislava in a short time.
Wonderful tour! Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful introduction to Bratislava. An excellent way to start a visit to Bratislava to get grounded. Highly recommended!

Our guides always love sharing the city’s history and local insights with visitors. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again soon! Warm regards, The Bratislava City Tours Team
Really great tour. It was a small group so we could go into places that we couldn't go into with a large group. Our guide was great and knew lots of interesting information
Thank you very much for your lovely feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour and the small-group experience — it really does make it easier to explore hidden corners and local spots. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with your guide. We hope to see you again soon in Bratislava! Warm regards, The Bratislava City Tours Team
We were only in Bratislava for the day do wanted a quick tour to see the highlights and this 60 min tour seemed perfect. We arrived at the meeting location and gave the guide our names and we were not on the list and she advised her tour was 3 hrs. We waited and no other guides arrived, we then got a call from tour operator to ask where we were. Explained that no guide was there and they told us the guide we had spoken to was our guide? Advised we were told we were not on the list and we could not do a 3 hr tour, was told we could join the longer tour snd leave early. We tried that but 45 min into the tour we had only seen one if the sights listed in the itinerary we had paid for, so we left the tour as it was clear we would not get to see what we wanted unless we did on our own. Reached out for a refund because we did not get what we paid for and operator declined so basically we were charged for the operators mistake! I would choose someone more reputable
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the confusion at the start of your tour and that your experience did not meet expectations. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the meeting point and the duration of your booking. Our 60-minute tour and 3-hour tour start from the same location and are sometimes guided by the same person, with shorter tours ending earlier along the route. We always aim to make this process smooth, but we regret that this wasn’t the case during your visit. We appreciate your comments and will review our procedures to ensure clearer communication in the future. We hope you still enjoyed exploring Bratislava and would be happy to welcome you again for a more seamless experience next time.
We were only in Bratislava for a few hours so wanted a quick overview so a 1 hour tour was perfect. However we ended up being put on a 3 hour tour and were told we could leave early if we had to. We ended up staying 45 mins since although the tour and guide were good it was definitely not suited to our needs and not what is described in the 60 min tour details.
We had a great time walking around the old city of Bratislava. While it was super hot that day, we learned a lot about the history of the buildings, empires, and relationships with adjacent countries.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad you enjoyed exploring Bratislava’s Old Town and learning more about its history, even on such a hot day. 😊 We’d be happy to welcome you back again—hopefully with cooler weather next time!
Very informative tour, we had a great guide and enjoyed the walk while learning new things about Bratislava.

We hope to see you again on one of our tours in the future! Warm regards, Bratislava City Tours Team
We took a 2-hour tour through the old town. Our guide Milan was able to give us lots of interesting information about Bratislava in his charming and humorous way. A very pleasant and informative city tour.
Great tour. Very good guide. We loved it. We recommend it 100%. The city is very beautiful and pleasant. We went with a small baby.
mil gracias por su recomendacion
I very much enjoyed this tour. The guide was friendly and capable, and the information was presented in a way that was both entertaining and informative. Unfortunately, she repeated some antisemitic legends that are common in Bratislava and not of her own invention, such as that the expulsion of the Jews from the city centuries ago was due to their refusal to fight the Turks (when in fact it was part of an anti-Jewish campaign such as happened repeatedly in Europe and not only in Bratislava). Unfortunately, the management refused to take my husband’s remarks on this in good faith, and rather than checking out the information, responded, wrongly, that he was accusing them of antisemitism.
Dear Diane, Many thanks for your kind feedback. Kind Regards, Andrej
