Meer dan een wijntour, ontdek de Provence door wijn, gastronomie en het lokale leven met mij. Na jaren in een van de belangrijkste wijnhuizen van de regio te hebben gewerkt, neem ik je mee voorbij de gebruikelijke toeristische paden om de prachtige Sainte Victoire-vallei te verkennen, het gebied dat ik mijn thuis noem. Bezoek twee geselecteerde wijnhuizen met verschillende filosofieën en ontdek de unieke Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation. Ik leg het wijnbereidingsproces uit, je proeft verschillende wijnen en geniet van een lokale olijfolieproeverij. Daarna kunt u een authentiek dorpje op een heuveltop verkennen of door de wijngaarden en het platteland wandelen. We delen een ontspannen moment met een traditioneel spelletje petanque en een gastronomische picknick bereid door mij met lokale specialiteiten, verse geitenkaas, Provençaalse vijgen, lavendelhoning, lokale kruiden en olijfolie uit mijn tuin. Het is het perfecte moment om de rosé te openen waar u overdag het meest van heeft genoten en de Provençaalse levenskunst te delen. Een ontspannen, authentieke en premium ervaring in de Provence.

Rijd door de spectaculaire landschappen van de iconische berg Sainte-Victoire, het symbool van de Provence en een constante inspiratiebron voor de schilder Paul Cézanne. Geniet van verschillende schilderachtige stops om de wijngaarden, olijfbomen en kalkstenen kliffen rondom de vallei te bewonderen terwijl u een van de mooiste wijngebieden van de Provence ontdekt.
Bezoek een elegant familiebedrijf dat biologische wijnen produceert in de Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation. Ontdek het wijnbereidingsproces tijdens een begeleide proeverij en leer hoe de unieke terroir-, klimaat- en druivensoorten het karakter en de identiteit van elke wijn bepalen.
Ga verder naar een tweede wijnmakerij met een heel andere filosofie, waar creativiteit en experiment centraal staan. Ontdek originele druivensoorten die zelden in de Provence voorkomen, proef verschillende stijlen rosé en geniet van een begeleide proeverij van lokale olijfolie voordat u uw favoriete fles wijn kiest voor de gastronomische Provençaalse picknick.
Geniet van vrije tijd in een authentiek dorpje op een heuveltop aan de voet van de berg Sainte-Victoire. Terwijl u de rustige straatjes verkent of een korte wandeling maakt door de omliggende wijngaarden, bereid ik uw gastronomische Provençaalse picknick met zorgvuldig geselecteerde lokale specialiteiten. Daarna delen we een ontspannen aperitief met Provençaalse wijn en een traditioneel spelletje petanque voordat we samen genieten van de picknick.

Tom was the absolute best tour guide we could have imagined. My friend and I spent one day doing the wine and picnic tour, and the next day with Tom doing Gorges du Verdon and lavender fields and we had the most spectacular experience. Tom is so funny, and kind, and takes amazing photos. You can tell he truly loves what he does and we didn’t want our time to end. 100% will recommend to anyone I know visiting the area!!

This was the most amazing experience with Tom!!! He is soo much fun and taught us about the surrounding areas, stopped at the best photo places and packed the best picnic. I could not recommend this tour more and Tom as the best guide!!

Tom was a very amenable host and accommodated our special requests as we had restricted time. We went to a vineyard and a wine cooperative and tried lots of delicious wines, learning lots about how they were made and the culture of family wine-making. Although our picnic was rained off (which is really unusual!), Tom took us on a little drive and showed us a cool artists mansion and then dropped us at the hotel with our picnics and wine to take away! Despite the rain we all had a great time! Would highly recommend Tom. Great local knowledge, excellent English and more than helpful.

This is a fantastic half day trip. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about Provence. Lavender and sunflower fields, amazing scenery, exceptionally good wines and Pétanque - what a great morning Thank you Tom, your English and sense of humour are brilliant

This was an outstanding experience ! Tom is the best! The day is full of fun and learning. Lots of infos out Aix and wine and we also had a Provençale picnic and played pétanque. The day went so quickly but it will be one of my fondest memories of beautiful Aix!! Thank you, Tom!!

A great day exploring the area east of Aix en Provence, under Saint Victoire mountain. We had a diverse set of activities including a vineyard walk, winery visit and tasting, snacks along with a fun games of pelanque, lunch, and a visit to a basilica in St. Maximin. Tom was our driver and guide and shared so much information throughout the day. What a memorable day we had!

We tasted great wines, had a nice lunch and walked through some small villages off the beaten track, which adds to the authentic flavor of the experience. It feels more like a semi private tour, due to the individualized attention to a small group ( maximum of 6 people). Highly recommended.
