Absolutely phenomenal! Would recommend this to everybody! The biking wasn’t too hard, most is downhill, and they were able to make a last-minute change for one of the bikes and accommodate to my injury, my partner rode a regular bike, and I rode the E bike. It was about 18 miles total. Grgo took us through the streets of the small cities, which was very special! He is the owner of the company, so we were very grateful that he was our guide for the evening. He was extremely informative and passionate about his job and life. He invited us into his home where his wife had prepared, a little snack and some of their wines that they produce. We ate and drank in a special repurposed room, that was over 300 years old. You can tell how intentional everything was, from the bike ride, to his words, to the food that was prepared, to the wine that was poured. The most spectacular and special moment we’ve experienced in Croatia. We saw his Fields where his grapes were grown, he gave us an overview of what his and his families lives, look like taking care of the vineyard, as well as their vegetable garden, which is quite large! He even pointed out his home to us as we rode through the streets. He introduced us to his young daughter, which was so cute, you can tell. He’s a very family oriented, man and that family is everything to them. He pointed out where he volunteered as a coach for handball, and as we rode through the city streets, he knew every single person, everyone waved to him, he pointed out some of the young boys he coaches, just a very wholesome person. The beautiful scenery was almost an afterthought due to how wonderful Grgo was! My partner had a beer with him when we stopped for a break. It was truly a special experience!

A wonderful way for an introduction to a historic place. Miko is a great guide and loves his land. We were lucky to have rain in the morning and clouds, as it got hot later. I might suggest ebikes for most casual riders. The last bit is a little steep at the end of a long warm day. Worth every Euro

We had an amazing day. Mika was our guide, he was very friendly, informative and thoughtful guide. The bikes were great and the route we followed had the most amazing views. The villages visited were beautiful and Mika was able to give us the history of each town. It was great to learn a bit more about your stunning country. Then once back we were treated to some wine produced by Grgo and his family plus amazing cheese and meats. A fabulous way to end an amazing day. One of our main highlights of our trip to Croatia. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience on this e-bike tour in Hvar. Everything was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. We chose to add the transfer from Hvar Town to the starting point, which was about 25 minutes away, and it was well worth it. Our driver was professional, friendly, and made the journey comfortable and enjoyable. The e-bikes were excellent, and helmets and water were provided, making the ride easy and stress-free. The 27 km route through Stari Grad, Vrboska, and Jelsa was stunning, with beautiful scenery, charming villages, and plenty of opportunities to take in the beauty of the island. What truly made the experience special was our guide. His knowledge of Hvar's history, culture, and traditions was outstanding, and he shared fascinating stories throughout the tour. One of the highlights was visiting a traditional Dalmatian konoba family wine cellar for a private wine tasting. It was an authentic and memorable experience that gave us a wonderful glimpse into local life. This tour was the perfect combination of cycling, sightseeing, history, culture, and wine. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hvar and looking for a unique way to explore the island. It was one of the highlights of our trip! This was such a perfect day and the highlight of our trip so far! Grgo was kind, informative and so thoughtful. He tailored everything perfectly for our family. We loved seeing a part of the island we would never have found and seeing where real people live and work. The bikes were in excellent condition, most of the trip was car free and the areas with cars was very safe and slow for kids. Stopping at the family kanoba was the highlight for homemade food and family wine and olive oil! Honestly, a perfect day!

Do not hesitate to book this tour company. We had an amazing experience. Our tour guide, Miko, was incredible—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of Hvar and the surrounding areas. Pickup was seamless, and the bikes were in excellent condition. The tour was perfect for our family of four. We learned a great deal about the history of Croatia, especially Hvar, while visiting beautiful locations throughout the countryside. The tour ended at the family’s historic home, where we enjoyed local wine, meats, and cheese. After exploring Stari Grad on our own, the owner picked us up and drove us back to Hvar Town, even suggesting a stop at the castle, which was the perfect ending to our day. We highly recommend this company.

Amazing day cycling around Hvar Island with Grgo! The bikes were in great condition and we were given helmets and a bottle of water before we set off from the family home to Stari Grad. Riding down the narrow streets of Stari Grad and learning about his family's farming as we rode past the Stari Grad plain and then a stop in the scenic Vrboska and a quick break in beautiful Jelsa for Gelato made for a perfect route. Finishing up with a bunch of tasty locally sourced treats (bread, cheese, meats, olive oil, sugared almonds and orange peel) plus the chance to sample several wines in the family wine cellar. It was a wonderful day and the highlight of my trip to Croatia!!

This was such a fun way to explore and learn about Hvar. Grgo was very enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful, and you can tell he cares immensely about Hvar. We loved biking around Hvar with Grgo. This was a really special experience - the favorite of the trip.

This was the highlight from our entire Croatian vacation. If you are debating whether to book with Grgo & Silvana, do not hesitate. They were easy and flexible to work with and so much fun. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our day with them in Hvar and it enabled us to see the parts of the island only locals know.

Our family had the BEST day with Natural Hvar Tours. They perfectly tailored the day to fit what my 11 and 7 year old kids could handle on bikes. After a beautiful bike ride and walk through Stari Grad, we headed back to Grgo’s home where a delicious spread awaited us along with decorations and a cake to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was incredibly thoughtful and a birthday my son will never forget. Grgo’s kindness along with his love for his country made this one of our favorite days on our trip.
