The Bosphorus night cruise was an unforgettable experience. The views of the illuminated palaces and bridges were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for the evening. The entertainment was lively and authentic, showcasing the best of Turkish culture. I was also impressed by the quality of the dinner and the professional service of the crew. Everything was well-organized and happened right on schedule. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to see Istanbul’s magic from the water."

Pre-tour email with hotel pickup time. We were picked up from our hotel in time. The boat was well-carved and the table duvet was nice. The food is fabulous with successful dance shows and fun.

Awesome ride, great performances and awesome planning. Response time was so fast and very kind. I am staying at a busy area and on a weekend - finding us can be difficult! They were all over it and the chicken dinner - awesome!

We enjoyed the actual boat trip & the meal. The transport was, I’m afraid, a different matter. We were ready to be picked up before the time stated but they failed to arrive. We emailed, sent a WhatsApp but got no response to either. In the end the hotel staff rang for us and they eventually sent a driver for us 1.5 hours after the stated time. We arrived at the boat as the very last passengers - 30 mins after it was due to depart. I have emailed Viator about this but I am still waiting for their response.

That they do not have to trust the hotel pickup time. They changed my time several times. The last one when it came to flying and when I got to the hotel they had been picking us up 2 hours earlier.
Hola, Solo le dieron un horario una vez y no llegó al hotel a tiempo. No pudimos contactarlo por teléfono ni correo electrónico para brindarle servicio porque no respondió. Enviamos un vehículo a su hotel tres veces para brindarle servicio, y en la tercera ocasión, lo encontramos a las 8:10 p. m. Su hora de recogida fue entre las 7:15 p. m. y las 7:45 p. m., y nunca nos contactó ni respondió a nuestros mensajes. No debe hacer comentarios que induzcan a error a otros ni culpar a nuestra empresa por su error. Experience recommended. The driver picks you up and takes you back to the hotel, the ride is very nice and suggestive. Food and entertainment more than positive.

This was a great experience from the time of booking (communication was clear), the transfer to & from the boat was on time, and the actual cruise was very memorable. The food was average (I was not expecting it to be anything more), but the actual cruise experience was excellent. The dancing and music throughout the evening was very entertaining and enjoyable, and of course the views were spectacular and very special.

We were picked up and returned to our hotel. The boat was quite large and everything was very organised. The food was OK and the staff were friendly. The dance was hard to see as we were seated far from the stage! I took lots of great photos from the boat. Be prepared for a late night as we didn't get back to our hotel until after midnight.
