Bezoek de belangrijkste bestemming onder UNESCO in Indonesië noemen we BOROBUDUR Tempel. U zult deel uitmaken van de gasten prioriteit om te klimmen naar de top van Borobudur tempel. In de buurt van Borobudur gebied heeft Hidden gems tempel noemen we Selogriyo. Als je behoefte hebt aan kalme, rustige, vredige en rustgevende omgeving, niet veel toeristen. Terwijl u geniet van de natuur iconische rijstterrassen, waar rijstvelden, bonen, maïs, en nog veel meer groeien. Geniet van het majestueuze landschap, de rust van het platteland en attractie met de lokale bevolking. Als je 2 dagen in Yogyakarta verblijft, hebben we dit productpaar gemaakt. We halen je op bij je hotel en gaan naar de Borobudur tempel, het grootste boeddhistische monument op het zuidelijk halfrond. De reis duurt ongeveer 1,5 uur Ter informatie Het aantal bezoekers dat de Borobudur tempel mag beklimmen wordt beperkt tot 1.200 per dag. Didik was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable, experienced, patient and professional in providing a very memorable tour experience.
This turned out to be a surprisingly wonderful trip for the whole family. My son felt the awe-inspiring power of nature like never before beneath the Merapi’s waterfalls and developed a newfound fondness for coffee beans when learning about coffee production. My wife had been feeling weak from a cold at first, yet thanks to our guide Dani’s thoughtful arrangements, she toured the countryside on a local scooter and fell head over heels for the region’s mountain vistas, rice paddies and delicious food. Every leg of the journey was full of lovely surprises, and we’re truly grateful to Dani for his meticulous planning and thoughtful care for my family.

Nice and punctual guide. Listening and attentive to our needs. First part in the beautiful rice fields. Too bad for the lunch that was in a tourist spot. I would have preferred more authentic. Then the waterfall. Not bad but without the view of Mount Merabi, is not worth the time necessary to go there. Especially since the views visible in the photos are not accessible.

We spent a wonderful day with our guide Arma, who was truly exceptional. He shared his deep knowledge with passion, whether about the history and politics of Yogyakarta or the life of the farmers around Selogriyo Temple. The day started with a beautiful hike through the rice fields. Along the way, Arma explained the uses, origins, and cultivation processes of each plant. We discovered familiar products in forms we had never seen before, and even spotted an eagle! At Selogriyo Temple, he also gave us fascinating insights into the architecture, the differences between Hinduism and Buddhism, and the symbolism of the carvings. After a delicious meal in a local restaurant, we finished the day with a visit to a waterfall near Mount Merapi. The way up was magnificent, offering beautiful views throughout the road. We chose not to go all the way down to the waterfall (worried about the climb back up 😅), but still enjoyed the panoramas. It was a bit cloudy, so we only saw one side of the volcano, but the experience was still very special. 👉 I highly recommend this excursion!

We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Maxi. Maxi was full of joy and information. He made us very comfortable from the start. Because of his friendly manner, lots of people at the sites know Maxi and he made excellent arrangements for us. The walk through the rice terraces was breathtaking. We really appreciated explanations of the agricultural processes. I highly recommend taking the footpath through the rice fields. It is so beautiful and serene. And stopping for coffee on the way back is a must!
