Ontdek Bolzano, de toegangspoort tot de Dolomieten tijdens deze 3 uur durende tour met kleine groepen. Je lokale gids leidt je door het historische centrum op een gastronomische, culturele en historische reis door deze opmerkelijke bergstad. Tijdens deze wandeltocht krijg je de kans om monsters te proeven en te proeven van Bolzano's unieke straatvoedselrestaurants en kraampjes die bekend en gewaardeerd zijn door de lokale bevolking, de echte ambassadeurs van authentieke traditie en het dagelijkse leven. Ontmoet je gids om je wandeltocht te beginnen, die een overzicht biedt van de geschiedenis en wijntraditie van Bolzano. Uw eerste stop bij een eetkraam biedt u de mogelijkheid om een Wuerstel (worst) te proeven, een typisch voorbeeld van Oostenrijkse en Duitse traditie. Als je verder gaat, bezoek je een lokale broodproducent waar je kunt genieten van een heel speciaal soort brood, Schuettelbrot. Vervolgens ga je naar de Franciscaanse kerk. Terwijl je hier wat kennis opdoet over een van zijn beroemde gasten. Ga daarna naar de oudste bakkerij van de stad om wat lokale zoetigheden en gebak te proeven. Als je verder gaat, loop je langs de middeleeuwse straat voor je volgende stop, een populaire Trattoria voor een zeer Italiaans happy hour met bruschette en een lokale cocktail. Ontdek naast je voedselreis ook de middeleeuwse arcades en stop bij de oudste herberg van de stad voor een bierproeverij. Let op: plaatsen die tijdens je tour worden bezocht, kunnen worden gewijzigd vanwege de beschikbaarheid van winkels.

A super nice city tour with a very kind guide. Learn a great deal of interesting information about Bolzano and South Tyrol. Not just about food, but also a lot of history.

Claudia was amazing! She is so knowledgeable about so many things to do with Bolzano, the whole region & the history. The food and drinks were just delicious! We have found that the best way to discover a new town is through it’s food! Bolzano is an amazing food place, having the cross over of the German and Italian food cultures. It is even better when Sharon is your guide. Her english was impeccable and being a local, she knew all if the nooks and crannies. We grazed through all of the food groups, including a brewery whose building was first inhabited in the 1400’s as a winery and we had a delightful flught of 5 different beers that changed my perspective on German basic blond beer.
