Ons team zal contact opnemen via WhatsApp. Zorg ervoor dat je WhatsApp hebt geïnstalleerd en houd je lijnen actief en open om no-show te voorkomen. Ons ophaalvenster is van 8.00 tot 9.00 uur. Zorg dat u klaarstaat bij de lobby van uw hotel, de receptie of langs de hoofdweg. Elke halte biedt slechts 5-10 minuten wachttijd en alle ophaaltijden zijn bij benadering. Als uw Panglao-accommodatie aan een smalle of ruwe strandweg ligt die niet toegankelijk is met een busje, zullen we u informeren en een nabijgelegen ophaalpunt toewijzen – meestal langs de hoofdweg. Voor gasten in Tagbilaran, wacht u tussen 8:30 en 09:00 uur in het Mario's Cafe (voor de Caltex Tankstation Junction Bridge), of bij de coffeeshop ervoor. Bestuurdersgegevens, waaronder naam, telefoonnummer en kenteken, worden voor de rit verstrekt. Als u een Filippijns mobiel nummer heeft, zal de chauffeur u direct bellen en sms'en. Anders zal de bestuurder contact opnemen via online messaging platforms zoals WhatsApp. Houd uw lijnen actief en let op de kleur en het kenteken van het voertuig tijdens het ophalen. Onze tour biedt twee routemogelijkheden : de ene volgt de hierboven aangegeven route, terwijl de andere een bezoek aan het Tarsier Conservation Area en Xzootic Animal Park (optioneel) omvat in plaats van het National Museum of the Philippines en het Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary. Als er voor de tour wijzigingen worden aangebracht in het reisschema, ontvangt u vooraf een e-mailmelding. Nice way to see a lot of bohol nicest things. Loved the variation of the tour. The first museum visit was very interesting. The tarsiers were cute too see and it wasn’t too crowded for them, I would recommend taking the lunch on the river. Good food and nice to experience! Great tour organisation

The tour sold to us was very misleadimg. Its chocolate hills, tarsiers and loboc river. ( shows the boat ride on the river) We upgraded to include 1 hour of at the Chocolate Hills which is highly recommended. The problem arose when we got to the river. Our guide informed us that the tour included driving us to the river and not the boat ride. Thats full BS. We all booked our tour on different websites and there is no way my whole group where that stupid not understanding that the loboc river tour was exactly that driving us to Loboc river. It is very misleading and felt like it was a bait and switch. Requested a full refund from Trip Advisor as we all felt the tour description ( photo) was very misleading Also keep in mind. If one person on the group booked an activity ie ziplining The whole group have to wait for that activity to finish before we move on to the next Will never recommend it unless description of the tour is fixed and have it fully explained on the title.

We would like to clarify that while the Loboc River is one of the destinations to see in this tour, the Loboc River Cruise with lunch is not included in the specific product option that was booked. (But that doesn't mean that you cannot go the river cruise + lunch since you can still pay in person for this shared tour.) This is clearly indicated in the tour inclusions and exclusions, where meals and lunch are stated as not included. We offer multiple product options for this tour so guests can customize their experience according to their preferences and budget. In your case, the additional activity purchased was the 1-hour Chocolate Hills ATV experience, which was successfully arranged and completed during the tour. The itinerary confirmation sent prior to the tour also reflected the selected inclusions. Regarding the waiting time, this has also been specifically stated in the itinerary confirmation provided before the tour. As this is a shared tour, optional activities selected by some participants may require the group to wait before proceeding to the next destination. This allows all guests to fully enjoy the activities they have chosen while maintaining the tour schedule. While we understand that the experience did not meet your expectations, the tour was delivered according to the product option booked and all confirmed inclusions were provided. As such, we are unable to offer a refund in this instance. To start of we had to wait 1,5 hours before we finally were picked up from our resort, after this we had to wait for over an hour at the zip line attraction because everything is very very badly organised and slow. Secondly the tour is advertising including river tour which is not the option, only when you select the right option. If you select the basic tour option you basicly get a driver and a van.... You have to pay for all tourist attractions if you wanna do anything on this tour. Besides this i only recommend the ATV and river cruise attractions. I would not recommend this tour to anyone, only if you like to wait more then 3 hours total and pay for every tourist attraction due to misleading tour title and description. Positive Note: River cruise + lunch and ATV tour are nice and I would book them seperate.

Regarding the delayed pick-up, we do provide ideal pick-up time windows in advance to help set expectations, but we understand how frustrating the wait must have felt. On the tour inclusions, we’d like to clarify that the Loboc River Cruise + lunch is not included in the basic option you selected. While the tour visits the Loboc River, the cruise and lunch itself is optional and clearly indicated as not included in that package, unless you chose the option that includes lunch. For the waiting times at the attractions, especially the Loboc River Zipline, there were a lot of travelers that day, and we cannot control the line. Everyone had to wait for their turn. We’d also like to clarify that the standard tour booked through Tripadvisor / Viator includes entrance fees to our iconic destinations. Optional activities like ATV and Loboc River Zipline are separate unless you choose an option to include them. Lastly, we do inform guests ahead of time that if certain activities are included for some, there may be waiting time while others complete theirs, as this is a shared tour and timing cannot be adjusted per individual. We always highly encourage everyone to join the activities to complete the experience. This is outlined in the itinerary confirmation sent prior to the tour. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve both communication and overall experience for our guests.
A good tour which includes all of Bohol's key sights. Only thing to be aware of is that if you don't sign up to do one of the longer additional activities (River/ATV) then you have to wait around for an hour until the rest of the group are done, so bring a book :)

Overall the experience is a smooth one. The view and lunch was amazing. The guide is friendly as well. Would recommend if you would like to get to know BOHOL countryside a little.

So much fun!! Seamless from start to finish! Guston and Steven were our driver and tour guide.. they were super knowledgeable and fun! The van was air conditioned and comfortable, we loved the entire thing!! Must do the ATV portion!!!

A Great and easy way of exploring some of the hot spots in Bohol such as; the Chocolate hills, Tarsier Sanctuary, & learning some nice information about the history of the Philippines & Spanish connection through a visit to the national museum & Blood Compact Monument.

Had a once in a lifte time experience where from first moment till we got back to hotel it was perfectly organized with mixed activities like visiting museum,church and chocolate hills combined with zip line and ATVs tour and with new people from spain,australia and portugal and a top guide. Whoow this is a day i will remember
