Ga op een boeiende reis door het hart van het Nationaal Park Sächsische Schweiz! Onze comfortabele minibus met airconditioning haalt u op een vooraf afgesproken tijdstip rechtstreeks op bij uw hotel in Praag. Terwijl u langs de Elbe Canyon vaart richting de majestueuze Basteibrug, zal onze deskundige en vermakelijke gids fascinerende inzichten delen over de passerende bezienswaardigheden, waardoor de geschiedenis en schoonheid van de regio tot leven komt.
Beleef Bastei, het kroonjuweel van Saksisch Zwitserland! Verken verschillende adembenemende uitzichtpunten, waaronder de meest verbluffende uitzichten op de Elbe-kloof, de grootste zandstenen kloof van Europa. Aanschouw vanaf een hoogte van 190 meter boven de rivier de schoonheid van het Nationaal Park Sächsische Schweiz: de tafelbergen Lilienstein en Königstein met zijn onneembare vesting. Loop dan over deze prachtige brug, hoog boven de rivier de Elbe. Dit ontzagwekkende monument onderscheidt zich als de eerste toeristische attractie in de regio, gebouwd in 1851 om de rotsachtige toppen te verbinden met het fort van Neurathen. Bereid je voor om je te laten verbazen door het architectonische wonder!
Zandstenen torens en de kasteelruïne van Neurathen herinneren aan de gouden eeuw van deze middeleeuwse plaats. We lopen je rond, laten je alle uitzichtpunten zien en wijzen je de beste fotospots aan.
Nadat we de Basteibrug en het fort van Neurathen hebben verkend, beginnen we aan een mooie rit door de Elbe River Canyon naar de Tsjechische kant van het Nationaal Park: Elbsandsteengebergte.

Als u het van onderen benadert, ziet u de majesteit waarmee het zich bovenaan het omliggende landschap bevindt. Het is het symbool van het Nationaal Park Boheems Zwitserland en u zult weten waarom, zodra u het ziet.
Je moet je batterijen opladen, dus de volgende stop is een traditioneel Tsjechisch en lokaal gerenommeerd restaurant. Een rijke lunch à la carte is een welkome en welverdiende beloning. Er worden traditionele Tsjechische en internationale gerechten geserveerd (inclusief vegetarische opties). We raden u ten zeerste aan Tsjechisch bier te proberen, dat een van de beste ter wereld is. Dit restaurant is erg populair bij de lokale bevolking en heeft de beste reputatie in Boheems Zwitserland. We zijn altijd van harte welkom in dit restaurant en we hebben een vooraf gereserveerde tafel op de beste plek die klaar staat voor onze aankomst. Daarnaast hebben wij een voordeel ten opzichte van andere gasten in de keuken, waardoor het wachten op eten aanzienlijk korter is.
Daarna rijden we je naar het Tisa Rocks-labyrint, waar Chronicles of Narnia werd gefilmd. De rotsstad met veel torens, kleine pleintjes en mysterieuze hoekjes zal je overtuigen met haar betoverende schoonheid. Iedereen die zich in de ingewanden van de rotsen waagt om te genieten van de buitengewone charme van de natuurlijke schoonheid, wordt beloond met een leuke ervaring. En zoals u weet, kan niemand u deze ervaring afnemen.
Na een geweldige dag in Boheems en Saksisch Zwitserland, gaan we terug naar Praag voor een ontspannen rit. Chat met mede-avonturiers, deel je favoriete foto's en kom tot rust na een dag vol avontuur. We komen comfortabel terug in Praag en zorgen voor een perfecte afsluiting van uw onvergetelijke reis.

This was an enjoyable day for a solo traveler. The scenery was beautiful. The other travelers were friendly and fun. Matyas was a wonderful guide. Really enjoyed the lunch, too. I appreciated the on-time pick up (and drop off) at my hotel.

This was one of the best day tours I've taken. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized, and the scenery was absolutely spectacular. Our guide, Frank, was engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely gracious throughout the day. He shared fascinating information about the history, geology, and culture of the region while keeping the tour fun and entertaining. Our driver, Vince, was excellent as well, getting us safely and comfortably between each destination. The itinerary was outstanding. Walking across the Bastei Bridge and taking in the views over the Elbe Canyon was unforgettable. The hike to the magnificent Pravčická Gate was well worth the effort, and the Tisa Rocks labyrinth was like stepping into another world. Every stop offered incredible scenery and fantastic photo opportunities. The small-group format made the experience even more enjoyable, and the included snacks, bottled water, and delicious lunch were thoughtful touches that kept everyone energized throughout the day. If you're looking for a day trip from Prague that combines breathtaking landscapes, great organization, and outstanding guides, I can't recommend this tour highly enough.

The tour was not informative. I learned nothing about the places we visited. The food at restaurant where we had lunch could have been much better. The tour generally did not meet my expectations.

There are 3 hikes involved - first two are beautiful and while the second was 40 min up a mountain it wasn’t that bad. Parts of it were slippery so you need to be careful. Lunch was at a cute place and food was ok. 3rd hike was through woods to look at rock formation and took about an hour and a half. The entire day from pick up to drop off was 12 hours not 10 as advertised. I personally would have preferred to do just the first two hikes - the 3rd was slow and long. Tour guides were very nice.
