Wonderful tour. Christian was an amazing guide! He did so great translating everything to English and keeping the itinerary running smoothly and on time. Highly recommend this tour and guide!!!
I had an amazing experience. Would definitely book again with this company.
We had an amazing time visiting the Salt Cathedral, and it was all thanks to Javier! He was incredibly professional, punctual, and friendly. He made the whole trip smooth and memorable. Highly recommend him!
Horrible Experience, NOT due to the tour operator but because of incompetence of and poor service by Viator. The tour was canceled for me AGAIN after Viator accepted my payment. Such last minute without notice cancelations of trips booked with Viator have happened to me three times this year. Once in South Korea, once in Vietnam, last week in Bogota and yesterday again in Medellin. When I complained to Viator previously, they always blamed the tour operator. However, the Medellin tour operator explained to me the other side of the story. Needless to say, I will never use Viator again. I suggest you shouldn’t either.

Excellent guide Chritiam Very friendly and customer oriented Highly recommender
Mr. Christian is a very good guide.
The positive: Very small group, which is wonderful. Everything very punctual, something we hadn't seen on other tours. The driver/guide was very kind, a very good driver, truly five-star recommended. The place is simply spectacular. The walking pace and time given were very good. The negative: The audioguide is limited; it lacks "flavor" that only a human can provide; in the end, no one used it. All the other tours had explanations through their guides and did not carry an audioguide. What we did was, as much as possible, join the group in front of us audibly to listen to the explanations and keep asking our driver. He was very kind and explained things to us every time we asked. The human element gives much more flavor to the tour. Conclusion: For the price/quality ratio, it is very much worth it. The comfort, the group size, the driver, really everything was excellent; I just hope the company considers changing the audioguide format for a human guide (because the driver also accompanied us and knew about the subject; if he had the instructions, he would be an excellent guide, and the audioguide could be left only for those who do not speak Spanish).
Our tour guide, Cristian, was very responsive, friendly, and professional. Hotel pickup was punctual, although the bus could have been larger and more comfortable. The Salt Cathedral itself is worth visiting. However, I was disappointed that we were only given audio guides for a self-guided tour. Considering the price of the excursion, I expected a live guide inside the Cathedral to provide historical context, interesting insights, and answer questions about this remarkable place. The included lunch was also underwhelming and could have been of better quality. Overall, while the destination was spectacular and Cristian did an excellent job, the tour experience could be improved by offering a guided visit inside the Cathedral and better meal options.
Excellent experience for the whole family. And Cristian was a fantastic guide.
