Tijdens onze Tour kun je direct de enige ondergrondse kathedraal ter wereld zien die zich in Colombia bevindt, 180 meter onder de grond gebouwd, het is een megastructuur die het verdient om tot de meest indrukwekkende in ons land en op de planeet te behoren. De hele structuur van deze kathedraal is uitgehouwen uit zout uit de grootste zoutrotsafzetting ter wereld. Tijdens de rondleiding zijn er verschillende stations waar je de interpretatie van de christelijke kruisweg zult zien, naast de centrale koepel waar eucharistievieringen worden gehouden, ingegrepen door een verbazingwekkend artistiek werk van beeldhouwkunst en verlichting, en ook natuurlijke structuren die typerend zijn voor zout afzettingen, een reeks elementen die je buiten adem zullen laten. Zodra u klaar bent met de rondleiding door de zoutmijn, wacht de stad Zipaquirá op ons voor een bezoek aan het centrale plein, enkele van de prachtige koloniaal aandoende straten waar we de ideale plek zullen vinden om te genieten van een typische lunch.

Ophalen en transfer: Onze tour begint wanneer onze Spaanssprekende chauffeur en deskundige gids (als de door u gekozen optie deze omvat) u ophaalt bij uw hotel of bezienswaardigheid en naar de Zipaquirá-zoutkathedraal reist.
Gebouwd 180 meter onder de grond, dit is de enige ondergrondse kathedraal ter wereld en een van de meest verbazingwekkende en imposante constructies die je in Colombia zult vinden.

This was a great trip! Our guide, Brandon, explained every step of the process and was very thorough even though we had a language barrier He was incredible! Salt Cathedral was very cool and then we had a nice lunch afterwards. All in all I would highly recommend this trip!

The whole package transportation in Bogota this dangerous place for foreigners to go out, made me very reassured, the trip is only three places, salt mine cathedral, the nearby area, and extra money for lunch, the guide David's introduction is very detailed, from 8:30 pick up 1 hour drop off, the trip is short, the lunch is quite characteristic but the meat is hard not Chinese taste, it is recommended to visit the salt mine church friends only to book the easiest trip, if not in the winter season, it will be cheaper to buy tickets.
David was well knowledgeable and gave us an authentic Colombian experience!

The entire tour of the salt mine is impressive; we also had the support of Cristian, who, in addition to driving well, provided us with valuable and interesting information about the visit to the salt cathedral, as well as information regarding Zipaquirá. For lunch, he took us to a very typical place where the food was tasty and abundant. I highly recommend doing this excursion with Nómadas.
