Duik in de prachtige wereld van de beroemde Kurtoskalacs van Hongarije in een leuke en praktische workshop in het hart van Boedapest. Onder begeleiding van een deskundige lokale gastheer leer je het stapsgewijze proces van het maken van deze iconische schoorsteentaart. Begin met een fascinerende introductie over de culturele betekenis, rol je deeg vervolgens op, vorm het rond een houten spindel en zie het transformeren op de draaiende grill. Eenmaal gekarameliseerd tot in de perfectie, verwen jezelf met je warme cake gegarneerd met kaneelsuiker, vanille, cacao of walnoot naar keuze. Neem je heerlijke creatie en een Certificate of Achievement mee naar huis om je nieuwe bakvaardigheden te herdenken.

This was one of our favourite activities that we did whilst we were visiting Budapest. Our guide, Nina, was superb teaching us exactly step by step how to put together our chimney cake, and then helping us cook it and prepare it, before we ate it! Refreshments were on offer throughout and the opportunity to take pictures both during the process and with our finished products. I would highly recommend this activity.
My partner and i went to the workshop and it was a great experience! Our teacher, Ezster, was fantastic—friendly and made the whole process fun and easy to follow. Highly recommend it if you want a hands-on and delicious activity!
