Ochtendtijd - In uw aangepaste Florentijnse hotel of het treinstation van Florence of de luchthaven van Florence wordt u begroet door onze Engels sprekende chauffeur, die een ''Wenskaart'' met uw naam erop vasthoudt. In een elegant en comfortabel Mercedes Benz-voertuig brengt hij u via panoramische Toscaanse routes naar Volterra.
Bij uw aankomst in Volterra begint onze Engels sprekende chauffeur het bezoek aan de stad met het oude Romeinse theater van Volterra. Je bezoekt een authentiek albasten laboratorium, waar je het oude vakmanschap uit de eerste hand zult aanschouwen en de kans krijgt om te winkelen voor unieke stukken. Ten slotte bezoeken ze het middeleeuwse Piazza dei Priori, gelegen in het hart van het stadscentrum.
De tour gaat dan verder met een bezoek aan het Teatro del Silenzio amfitheater in Lajatico. Deze unieke buitenlocatie, gebouwd in 2006 door Andrea Bocelli, organiseert het jaarlijkse Teatro Del Silenzio-concert van de Maestro - dat elke zomer in juli of augustus wordt gehouden. De tour gaat dan verder in het stadscentrum van Lajatico, de geboorteplaats van de Maestro, die hij vaak te paard bereikt vanuit zijn huis op het platteland.
Je wordt dan met chauffeur naar het landgoed Bocelli Farmhouse gebracht, ook gelegen in Lajatico. Je begint met een geleid bezoek aan de Bocelli-wijngaarden in Poggioncino, grenzend aan de boerderij - geniet van het externe uitzicht op de boerderij. Onze deskundige chauffeur zal de gasten informeren over de geschiedenis en groei van de hectaren druiven.
De tour gaat dan naar het Officine Bocelli Restaurant, waar een lid van de Bocelli-familie een wijnproeverij voor onze gasten zal organiseren. U maakt kennis met de verschillende soorten wijn die door de familie worden geproduceerd, de geschiedenis achter het merk en krijgt de kans om de olie- en honingproducten van de familie te proeven.
Na de wijnproeverij en voor de lunch krijgen de gasten de kans om het "Casa Bocelli" museum op de eerste verdieping boven het restaurant te bezoeken. Het museum toont de prestaties van Maestro Bocelli, ongelooflijke foto's van zijn artistieke carrière en enkele bezittingen uit zijn jeugd.
Voor de lunch serveert het Office Bocelli Restaurant de klanten een viergangenmaaltijd, bestaande uit: antipasto, eerste gang, tweede gang met een bijgerecht, dessert, wijn, koffie en water. Nogmaals, gasten zullen typisch Toscaanse gerechten proeven.
Aan het einde van de lunch krijgt u de gelegenheid om de producten te kopen in de boetiek in het restaurant.
De laatste stop op de tour is Pisa: klanten worden naar Piazza dei Miracoli gereden, waar ze tijd hebben om te winkelen of te genieten van een gelato in een café. Ze hebben ook tijd om de doopkapel en de wereldberoemde scheve toren van buitenaf te bewonderen.
Aan het einde van het bezoek aan Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa, brengt uw privéchauffeur u nu terug naar Florence (in uw aangepaste Florentijnse hotel of het treinstation van Florence of de luchthaven van Florence - in overleg). Vertrek om 17.00 uur.

We had a fabulous time attending the Teatro Del Silenzio tour with Great Italy Tours. The Andrea Bocelli concert was fantastic and such a unique experience. The tour included seeing the Bocelli family’s Beach Resort, Winery, and Restaurant. All were wonderful and such a special memory. The entire Bocelli family along with their staff were so nice. Great Italy Tours couldn’t have made the whole trip so easy and their staff were just as nice and accommodating. The hotel views were amazing! The guide, knowledgeable. Easy peasy, show up and load into the bus. Delicious food too. Loved the concert and the Bocelli vineyard, beach club and farmhouse restaurant experience. One suggestion I have is to offer salads with the meal. So much pasta! And a bus to the hotel would be welcomed too!

Fabulous trip for the once a year Bocelli concert at Lajatico, Italy with Great Italy Tours in July 2024! Special wine tastings, lunches, dinners, guided museum tours, visits to Florence, Siena, Pisa, and the grand finale of fabulous seats for the Andrea Bocelli concert in his home town ❤️🎉👏🏼and amazing English speaking drivers Giuliano and Andrea who were with us every day.
We are Bocelli fans, but the opportunity to have the "Bocelli Experience" for a week we could not pass up. Everything was perfectly planned. We had a variety of activities and had an English speaking driver for the week. The ABF Charity event was fabulous before the concert with outstanding seats. Couldn't have been any better.
