Bij aankomst in het huis van Bob Marley voel je een rustige en kalme sfeer met reggaemuziek en de geur van verse natuur rondom. Je bent vrij om de kuddes van het land te roken als je wilt. Je wordt begroet door een vriendelijke gastheer die je verwelkomt terwijl je op je gids wacht. De gids neemt je vervolgens mee op een rondleiding door het geboortehuis van Bob Marley terwijl hij uitleg geeft over de erfenis en prestaties van Bob. Je krijgt dan de kans om naar het mausoleum van Bob Marley te gaan waar hij wordt begraven.

This experience was brilliant — better than expected. Our driver/guide Mr. Bruce is our hero and was vigilant in finding us at the designated meeting point. Despite receiving wrong information from Iberostar personnel, he made sure he located us to conduct the scheduled tour. In addition, he presented additional ideas and information for the remainder of our stay. He’s the best! Kennedy Tours is tops. As for the approach to Reggae Land, be advised: The surrounding community is not benefiting from the Marley Mausoleum attraction. In an effort to glean from the tourism, you may be offered a Farm Tour. The gentlemen were welcoming and full of local lore, however they were expecting to be paid $20 per head and were offering local medicinal herb at additional cost. If you are able to support local commerce and charities, bring extra cash (only).

our booking/excursion went very smoothly. Our driver Kirk was very knowledgeable and made us feel safe while we were driving to and from the excursion. We also had another excursion planned that day and was worried we wouldn’t be able to make it but Kirk got us back just in time and was a very good driver. Shari also helped make accommodations for me and my family since we ran into a problem with our flight which I am very grateful for. I recommend booking with them.

The Bob Marley Seven Miles Tour by Kennedy’s Tours was absolutely amazing! The drive through the countryside was beautiful and breathtaking! It was a wonderful experience for my family to pay our respect to the legendary Bob Marley at his resting place. The entire experience was educational and spiritual. Our tour guide did a wonderful job giving us the history and geography of the rural villages where Bob Marley grew up, his life, and his death. We were also able to experience the amazing sounds of the “King of Reggae” throughout the tour. I will recommend this Kennedy’s tour to my family and friends. It is an experience no one should miss, while visiting Jamaica! “One Love!”
