Vertrekkend vanuit het Chania gebied, neemt onze boottocht je mee langs de prachtige Akrotiri schiereiland kustlijn, ver weg van de drukte. Je vaart langs schilderachtige baaien zoals Kalathas en Machairida, met stops om te zwemmen en snorkelen met gids in helder, ondiep water. Een van de hoogtepunten is een bezoek aan de indrukwekkende Blauwe Grot, waar zonlicht reflecteert in de rots om een onvergetelijk gloeiend blauw effect te creëren. Onze Gids zorgt voor een veilige toegang tot de grot, hetzij per boot of kort zwemmen, afhankelijk van de zeeomstandigheden. Ontspan onderweg aan dek en geniet van het rustige kustlandschap.
We ankeren in de buurt van het prachtige Marathi gebied, bekend om zijn kalme, heldere water en prachtige kustlandschap. Dit is een van de beste plekken in de regio om te snorkelen - ideaal voor alle niveaus. Je hebt tijd om het onderwaterleven te verkennen, in je eigen tempo te zwemmen of gewoon te ontspannen op de boot terwijl je geniet van de rustige omgeving.
Terwijl we door de baai van Souda rijden, geniet u van een panoramisch uitzicht op een van de grootste natuurlijke havens in de Middellandse Zee. Je passeert historische eilandjes en militaire forten terwijl onze Gids inzichten deelt in de rijke marinegeschiedenis van de baai.

Als je hulp nodig hebt met een routebeschrijving of andere vragen, neem dan gerust contact met ons op!

This was a small group snorkel excursion. They picked us up from cruise port and the driver was friendly and helpful. The staff of the Chania Diving Center were simply outstanding. They outfitted us with the required gear and were careful to make sure that we all had the correct sizes etc. The boat was very nice and comfortable. The Snorkeling guides were excellent. Basil was our guide on the first of the two snorkeling sights and he was great. I am sorry that I cannot remember the boat Captain and the other snorkel guides names, but they were great as well. The snorkeling sites were lovely, and we saw lots of beautiful marine life.

The pickup point was super easy for someone on a cruise. The trip to the marina where the boats were was about 15 minutes. I was on a regular boat. Others from my ship were on a RIB. There were 2 stops for snorkeling. Both had crystal clear water and a decent amount of fish. I saw a spotted moray and others saw an octopus. Basil and Orestes were good guides. They include SSI snorkel certification, something fairly new. There were very good briefings by Basil and both he and Orestes were in the water and kept a close eye on everyone but without restricting us.
From a timely free pick-up to a boat ride and snorkeling, our experience was great. Captain Panagiotis and his crew were all very friendly and took a great care of us. We felt very safe the entire time and thanks to their snorkeling tutorial we all became instant snorkeling fans. It was a perfect half-day excursion that made our stay in Crete even more special.
Nice trip with the family.😎We felt safe in the boat and the instructor. Remember and say from where you live in view of free pick up! We stayed 45 minutes away and got notified the same day that we could not be picked up. And remember to put away money and valuables since they have no retention for it.
Good instructor. I felt safe when I had never snorkled before. We were a family of nine. And had a nice day 🙂 They advertised with free pick up. But that's not exactly true. It's about where you live. We stayed in Malaxa and got a call the same day that we had to get there ourselves. We had cars then so it went fine for us. And remember they have nowhere and store valuables. So I would have left money and jewelry at home or in the car.

As we did not receive a reply to our email, we called you on the day of the activity to make sure you had received the information and to avoid any inconvenience. We always inform our guests in advance if their accommodation is outside our complimentary transfer area, and we're sorry if there was any misunderstanding. Thank you as well for mentioning the valuables. We always recommend that guests leave money, jewelry, and other valuable items at their accommodation or in their vehicle, as bringing unnecessary valuables on board is not advised. We had a very nice snorkeling trip! Everything was handled very professionally. The guidance was great! Safety was paramount with a touch of humour. Definitely recommended!
Primarily a snorkeling trip. Staff was warm, knowledgeable, and super accommodating. Great with kids. We were on a boat with another family of four and one single traveller who was scuba diving. Equipment was great and wetsuits much appreciated. Water was crystal clear, saw beautiful schools of fish. Lovely excursion!
Basil and Andrea were the absolute best! Had a really great time and both were very informative and a great laugh. Highly recommend this activity!!
