Kom tot bloei in het Blue Mountains National Park, dat op de UNESCO-lijst staat. Dwaal over dramatische klifpaden en ontdek majestueuze canyons, steile zandstenen muren en pittoreske verborgen watervallen. Geniet van een privé-ervaring zonder publiek op rustigere paden waar serene watervallen en adembenemende vergezichten het gevoel geven dat ze volledig van u zijn. Ontdek de inheemse wilde bloemen en torenhoge boomvarens van Australië, met de kans om onze nieuwsgierige watervaranen, borstelkalkoenen, kaketoes, kookaburras en de prachtig melodieuze prachtige liervogel te ontmoeten. Maak een schilderachtige veerboottocht na afloop van de Blue Mountains-tour en zie de Sydney Harbour Bridge van dichtbij vanaf het water.
OPTIONEEL: Bezoek het Australische dierengebied om kangoeroes en wallaby's met de hand te voeren, optionele foto-ontmoeting met een koala, plus een gigantische krokodil, Tasmaanse duivel, dingo's en wombats en loop door de grootste nachtelijke tentoonstelling van Australië om de dieren te zien die daar rondlopen nacht.
OPTIONEEL: Treed in de voetsporen van Charles Darwin toen hij in 1836 een bezoek bracht aan een kabbelend beekje tussen inheemse oevers, acacia's en boomvarens, waardoor het gebied beroemd werd.
Ongelooflijke uitzichten op ravijnen, watervalfoto's en wandelingen langs de kliffen. Er zijn een paar wandelingen om uit te kiezen die naar de Wentworth Falls of Empress Falls in de Valley of the Waters gaan of deze overzien, wat een moeilijkere wandeling is. Afhankelijk van onze tijd en conditie zal ik deze wandeling aanbevelen of wat makkelijkere wandelingen in de omgeving.
Afhankelijk van de tijd kun je boetiekjes, huishoudelijke artikelen en een handgemaakte chocoladewinkel van een familie bekijken. We zullen zeker langzaam door de hoofdstraat van dit schilderachtige dorp rijden.

OPTIONEEL: Berijd de steilste trein ter wereld en twee kabelbanen met gondels over de Jamison Valley. Loop door een oud regenwoud rond een oude kolenmijn. Geweldig familieplezier.
Interessant perspectief van Mt Solitair en zie de locatie van een aardverschuiving in 1920. Kijk vanaf hier ook in de Megalong-vallei.
Korte gemakkelijke wandeling naar een punt dat over de Megalong-vallei en Boar's Head hangt - een interessant gevormde natuurlijke pilaar. Prachtig uitzicht op een paar wijngaarden en het Jenolan Karst natuurreservaat.
Neem zelfs betonnen treden naar beneden naar de mooie Katoomba Cascades en ga verder door een boomvarenbos naar de tuimelende Katoomba-watervallen. Spectaculair uitzicht op 200 meter boven de bodem van de kloof.
Een lokale ontmoetingsplaats in het weekend van dit mooie hooggelegen meer. Voer de eenden, oostelijke moerassen en Euraziatische meerkoeten.
Een optionele omweg naar de oudste vastelandbrug van Australië die werd gebouwd door veroordeelden. Tijd afhankelijk van onze rit terug naar Sydney.

Ben was a fantastic tour leader. He picked us up in inner Sydney on time and was full of information during the tour of the Blue Mountains and a most entertaining host. He took us to many interesting and spectacular sights including restaurants. There were 4 adults (2 from overseas and 2 from Melbourne) and we all agreed that this full day tour was the highlight of our east coast trip. Highly recommended!

Ben was a fantastic guide, hospital and entertaining. Featherdale wildlife park was the best zoo experience we’ve ever had. The interaction with the animals is second to none, even getting to pet a Koala. Ben pointed out and elaborated on nearly all the animals. Scenic World in the Blue Mountains was awe inspiring. My wife loves Cockatoos and Ben summoned a bunch of them around us. My wife was in heaven.

Expert guide Ben Barry deftly guided me through Australia’s magnificent Blue Mountains. He took me to sights not easily reached by tour buses, such as the breathtakingly beautiful Pool of Siloam. I’m mobility challenged but Ben was prepared with walking sticks, and had adjusted my tour accordingly. Ben has vast knowledge of the Blue Mountains, including its history and people. Beyond the Pool of Siloam, he took me to other sights, including the Three Sisters, Scenic World, a former mining camp, etc. Ben is flexible and not adverse to accommodating personal requests, such as my wanting to visit a nearby pet store to buy a gift. He is personable, punctual, and provided excellent value.

My mom, Grandma, and I were in Sydney for the marathon this past August. We toured around Sydney with Ben for 1.5 days. We had a great experience! Ben ensured we had a great trip. He made adjustments to pick our group up at our Hotel and modified the trip to ensure we had a great experience. He was very informative the entire time, making sure we knew about the areas we were visiting as well as some of the locations we were passing by during travel. Tour provides a great sampling of the vistas and views in the Blue Mountians. The cable car and gondola ride provide a uniqueness to the experience. We also enjoyed our visit to the Sydney zoo where we got a chance to see amazing Australian animals. Our tour guide's, Ben Barry, selection of the lunch venue is outstanding.
