Jodhpur staat ook bekend als Blue City vanwege zijn opvallende zee van boxy indigo huizen die zich meer dan 10 kilometer uitstrekt langs de muren van de historische ommuurde oude stad, waardoor een weelderige blauwe zee ontstaat in het dorre Indiase landschap. No one showed up, and i have asked for refund. What a waste of time and energy. So if anyone is planning to book this, do it at your own risk and dont be surprised if your experience is similar to mine.
The Guide never turned up. We waiting at the meeting point for half and hour, tried calling and no one answered and also texted. No response. We left very disappointed. I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund and no one comes back to me . They are hopeless and I would say don't book with them or Viator.
I booked with three friends to do the Blue city walk in Jodhpur. It was paid in full and we turned up at the designated meeting place. No one turned up!. I texted that we were here and tried to call twice but there was no response. After waiting for half an hour we left. Three days later I have emailed three times, and still no response or refund.
The local tour operator did not have booking from Viator. We were left stranded. This is the 2nd time I tried using Viator on this trip, and both times were disastrous. Will never use again.
No one turned up for old city walk and we did not get refund also. We booked online and no one followed up or was at the point of meeting

i was traveling with my love and this tour is èven perfect for that. Guide was nice and informativé and he gave us the space we needed and he cracked some jokes as well to lit úp the atmospherè

It was a great walk tour. The tour covered all the key highlights of the city which I was looking from this tour. Fortunately, it was the best tour I ever had which was informative, interactive and equally fun. Must go for it.
