De Duitse Fontein (Turks: Alman Çeşmesi; Duits: Deutscher Brunnen) is een fontein in de stijl van een tuinhuisje in het noordelijke uiteinde van het voormalige Hippodroom van Constantinopel (Sultanahmetplein) in Istanboel en tegenover het Mausoleum van Sultan Ahmed I. Het werd gebouwd om de tweede verjaardag van het bezoek van Duitse keizer Wilhelm II aan Istanboel in 1898 te herdenken. Het werd gebouwd in Duitsland, vervolgens stuk voor stuk getransporteerd en in 1900 op de huidige plaats gemonteerd. De achthoekige koepel van de neo-Byzantijnse stijl fontein heeft acht marmeren kolommen, en het interieur van de koepel is bedekt met gouden mozaïeken.
Hoewel het Hippodroom meestal wordt geassocieerd met Constantinopels gloriedagen als keizerlijke hoofdstad, dateert het eigenlijk van voor dat tijdperk. De eerste Hippodroom werd gebouwd toen de stad Byzantium heette, en was een provinciestad van gematigd belang. In 203 n.Chr. herbouwde keizer Septimius Severus de stad en breidde de muren uit met een hippodroom, een arena voor wagenrennen en ander entertainment.
Tegenwoordig is het een plein in Istanboel, Turkije, bekend als Sultanahmetplein (Turks: Sultanahmet Meydanı).
De Blauwe Moskee, ook wel Sultan Ahmedmoskee (Turks: Sultanahmet Camii) is een moskee uit de Ottomaanse tijd in Istanboel, Turkije. Het werd gebouwd tussen 1609 en 1617 tijdens de heerschappij van Ahmed I. Het trekt een groot aantal toeristen en is een van de meest iconische en populaire monumenten van de Ottomaanse architectuur.

Horrendous customer service. No one will reply to emails…. They take 5 days to reply to a simple request on Whatsapp….. extremely frustrating
Batuhan was a good guide. He let the tour progress at our own pace. Family enjoyed the tour.
Both the tour and the guide are amazing. In the morning the guide arrived about 15 minutes earlier and the company messaged me via WhatsApp about the arrival of the guide. The guide’s name is CAN. He is a very friendly, professional guide. After our tour ended he has spent a few more minutes walking me to the entrance of my the next place I planned to visit and then said goodbye to me.

Very nice tour. The tour guide is nice and knowledgeable. We visited 3 classic spots in Istanbul and I like basilica cistern the most.

Great experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable. There was a long line to get into Basilica Cistern but with a tour guide we were able to go right in through a separate line. Went at 13:30.
