CONTACTGEGEVENS BIJ AANKOMST OP CANCUN AIRPORT Wanneer u aankomt op Cancún International Airport, volg dan deze instructies om de chauffeur te vinden die u naar uw bestemming brengt: “We raden je aan de WhatsApp-applicatie te downloaden tijdens je verblijf in de Mexicaanse Caraïben om de communicatie te vergemakkelijken en je ervaring te verbeteren.” Houd uw bevestigingsvoucher klaar op uw telefoon om de vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf en uw chauffeur bij aankomst te tonen. - Zodra u op Cancun Airport landt, ontvangt u een SMS- of WhatsApp-bericht van de vertegenwoordiger van de luchthaven van het bedrijf. Eerst moet je door immigratie en douane. Wij houden uw vlucht- en aankomstterminal in de gaten totdat u vertrekt. Na het passeren van immigratie, het verzamelen van uw bagage en het inklaren van de douane, ziet u timeshare en transport verkopers langs de gang. Zij zullen proberen om gratis rondleidingen en hulp bij uw transfers aan te bieden. NEGEER ZE ALSJEBLIEFT (ga niet in actie en loop verder). Ga op zoek naar uw team nadat u door de belangrijkste schuifdeuren bent uitgestapt; wij wachten op u in het gebied waar alle transportbedrijven zijn gevestigd. - De vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf zal u begroeten met een tablet met uw naam weergegeven en zal een groen shirt met lange mouwen dragen. Ga direct naar de uitgangsdeuren. Als vertegenwoordigers van andere agentschappen of hotels proberen je tegen te houden — ER ZIJN VEEL OPLICHTERS — stop dan niet en help ons door rechtstreeks naar je vertegenwoordiger te gaan (we zullen er op je wachten, dus geloof niemand die zegt dat je team is vertrokken of dat ze een terugbetaling zullen geven). Uw luchthavenvertegenwoordigers dragen een appelgroen shirt en een zwarte broek. Al uw vertegenwoordigers en chauffeurs hebben ook een geautoriseerde luchthavenidentificatie bij zich. Als het langer dan een uur duurt om de terminal te verlaten na de landing als gevolg van vertragingen van de luchtvaartmaatschappij, verloren bagage of een andere reden, en u ziet uw chauffeur niet bij het verlaten van de luchthaven, neem dan contact met ons op. We zijn toegewijd aan het bieden van een soepele, stipte en comfortabele vervoersdienst. Let op de volgende beleidsregels : - Er zijn geen extra kosten van toepassing als leden van uw groep op verschillende vluchten aankomen, zolang we van tevoren op de hoogte worden gesteld. - Als we niet van tevoren op de hoogte worden gesteld en er last-minute wijzigingen optreden, waaronder langere wachttijden of extra verplaatsingen binnen de luchthaven, dan wordt een toeslag in rekening gebracht vanwege de extra logistiek die hiermee gepaard gaat. - Als u een babyzitje nodig heeft, vraag dit dan vooraf aan bij het maken van uw reservering (maximaal 2 stoelen per boeking). Helaas zijn babyzitjes niet beschikbaar op korte termijn of last-minute verzoeken. Dit ticket is geldig voor een enkele reis. Als u een retourservice nodig hebt, moet u een extra ticket boeken. Ga naar uw Viator (TripAdvisor) portal en zoek naar “vertrek vanuit hotels naar Cancun Airport”.

They are hands down the best! I booked them for me, my girlfriend and our whole families to get from the airport to our hotel in Playa Blanca. They were also very helpful in helping me book transportation for all of my family members. My driver was Osvaldo and he was extremely polite and professional. They greeted us with refreshing towels and had ice cold water waiting for us in the car. I could not recommend this company enough!! They made the hectic arrival into Cancun airport a BREEZE!

Edgar was phenomenal. We booked the Maybach experience. The car was pristine very nice. They were early waiting for us. They were waiting exactly where they described on the website so it’s very easy to find them. They were punctual very accommodating. We felt very safe and we booked the round-trip andthey were there early again to pick us up for our flight overall it was 10 out of 10 experience and it’s who we will be booking from now on whenever we come to Mexico thanks again Edgar !
