Driver was waiting for us at the exit for New Chitose Airport. He spoke excellent English and the van was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Andoh-san was awesome. He waited for us with a sign coming out from the baggage claim area. Smooth ride, a little English but understandable. Hopefully we will have him again for our return trip.
Great driver, was there exactly on time, and waited due to flight delay. Drive from airport to hotel was uneventful. Vehicle was new and in good condition. Thank you!

Would appreciate a newer more luxurious van like the one on the picture advertisement. A Toyota Alphard or similar vehicle would be appreciated. Our journey was about 2 hrs and I was expecting a more comfortable riding vehicle. Otherwise the driver was courteous and helpful.
