We just had a wonderful day with Renan who was our private guide around Istanbul. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and 4 year old daughters and she was kind and patient throughout the day with them, even helping us push the stroller at times. She customized the tour based on our interests and requests, and adjusted throughout the day based on how we were feeling. She was also an encyclopedia of knowledge of the history of Turkey and Istanbul, and a wonderful storyteller. Thank you for a memorable day in Istanbul, Renan!
It was a fantastic tour. Bora, our tour guide, had enormous knowledge and a competent but also entertaining way of sharing it. A wonderful truly memorable day.
We were met promptly by our guide, Renan Saylag at our hotel and were asked what we would like to see. Renan explained that the main sites would involve long queues and we agreed that we would prefer to experience the real Istanbul rather that wasting time in queues. Renan walked us round places that we would never have ventured to on our own. We were not disappointed. My wife was very happy with the artisan shoe makers shops, handbags too! We experienced the Grand Bazaar and a lesser known mosque before arriving at the Blue Mosque, the queues were still there! Renan was a super guide, passionate about her city. Her command of English was excellent. We would certainly want her as our guide on our next visit to Istanbul, which will happen. Thoroughly recommended.

Our tour guide, Renan, was amazing! She is beyond knowledgeable about Istanbul and its culture. She is kind, funny, and very friendly! We had the best day and she made our private tour exactly what we wanted! She is also a great photographer! We saw so much and she explained in detail and passion about life and culture in Istanbul. We saw Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar. We had amazing Turkish coffee and delights and teas from the most incredible places. We learned how to hand loom pure silk carpets! It really was a fantastic day and Renan made it even more special with her friendship!

Today I took a private tour in Istanbul with Ada Travel, and the experience was exceptional. The guide was very professional, friendly, and kind, as well as extremely patient. He explained everything in great detail, helped us take photos at every place we wanted, and was always attentive to our needs. Fatma was our guide in Spanish. He picked us up at our hotel and told us a little bit about the history of Istanbul. Then we head to tour the racetrack, Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and the great bazaar. We had an amazing day thanks to Fatma.

Istanbul was a fantastic city to visit, with a real depth of history and culture to explore. There is an abundance of historical buildings, museums, exhibits etc. that provided fantastic examples of the significant importance this city has been on the history and development of the world. Our experience was truly enhanced by the depth of knowledge and passion that our local Viator guide had for their city. They provided a detailed history from early BC to the present day; highlighting the changing architecture throughout the ages.
