Agios Sostis ligt op het noordelijke deel van het eiland, weg van het centrum, en blijft daarom ongerept en meestal rustig. Op weg naar het strand kom je een verborgen taverne tegen waar je na een warme dag heerlijk kunt eten. Fotostop -
Het kristalheldere azuurblauwe water van het strand van Panormos is perfect om in te zwemmen. De natuurlijke haven biedt hier beschutting tegen de wind, waardoor Panormos een populaire plek is voor zeil- en vissersboten.
Kalafatis in Mykonos is een van de mooiste stranden van het eiland, waar het gouden zand en het helderblauwe water een idyllisch landschap creëren. Het is een groot strand met goudkleurig zand en kristalhelder water dat een dromerige omgeving vormt. foto stop-
Ano Mera in Mykonos is het tweede grotere dorp na Chora (belangrijkste stad) en ligt in de buurt van Ano Mera ligt het klooster van Panagia Tourliani, waarvan de hoofdkerk een prachtige verzameling iconen herbergt, gemaakt door een Kretenzische schilder, evenals heilige vaten en gewaden. De prachtige klokkentoren en de marmeren fontein liggen op de binnenplaats en zijn het bekijken waard. Ano Mera herbergt ook een aantal tavernes langs het centrale plein, waar u tegen een normale prijs traditionele gerechten kunt proeven. Cafés en patisserieën liggen ook rond de pleinen van de oudste dorpen van het eiland. We stoppen voor een heerlijke Griekse mezze schotel gevuld met pitabroodjes, dipsauzen, verse groenten en kaas gecombineerd met de nationale drank OUZO, de perfecte manier om een menigte te voeden en perfect voor een feestje!!
Ftelia-strand - Door de noordelijke ligging is het strand een paradijs voor windsurfers geworden, omdat er bijna altijd een sterke wind waait. Het strand staat ook bekend om de beroemde neolithische nederzetting die daar is gevonden en waarvan wordt aangenomen dat het het graf is van de oude Ilias-oorlogsheld Ajax de Locriër. Ftelia is een afgelegen, zeer rustige plek en zelfs tijdens de drukke Mykonos-maanden juli en augustus is het niet erg druk omdat het vaak vrij winderig en stoffig is.
Een mooie wandeling door de hoofdstad van Mykonos en zijn labyrintstraten vol geschiedenis en glamour ontdekken. U zult de prachtige architectuur in combinatie met de winkels van internationale merken kunnen waarderen. We maken een kleine reis terug in de tijd. Beroemde windmolens, Klein Venetië en met wat geluk ontmoeten we de beroemde mascotte van het eiland, de pelikaan Pietro.

We went with Carla on a private day tour in Mykonos, she is an excellent Guide, she was very patient with us as we were with young children and helped us a lot to go to our times. His passion for explaining things very patiently is evident and he talked to us in detail about many important Mykonos facts that we had no idea about. Our guide Carla was very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. She took us to May great opportunities for beautiful photos and to some areas where the locals enjoy as well. She moved at our pace and explained many details of the history of the area to us.

Talk about a great tour.. came to Mykonos without booking anything. (Should have) But than k god we were able to book a tour with Carla.. Carla's knowledge of the island is impeccable. She took us of the beaten bath and we were able to see the parts of Mykonos that we wouldn't have known existed if it wasn't four our marvelous tour guide. If you are ever in Mykonos you should definitely look Carla up and have her give you a tour of the island... TOTALLY worth it . Thanks Carla :)

Our private tour with Carla was fantastic!!. We were taken all interesting places around the island and we could enjoy wonderful views. She is incredibly knowledgeable about history and culture and being with her was so much fun. She knows the bests spots for great photos. I highly recommend her!!
