We beginnen ons bezoek vanaf Plage de Tanger, waar u heerlijk tot rust kunt komen aan de Middellandse Zee. Geniet van het gouden zand, de zeebries en de schilderachtige uitzichten: een perfecte pauze tijdens onze reis naar Tanger.
Begin uw dag met een rit naar de prachtige Cap Spartel. Hier passeer je de iconische vuurtoren, die het punt markeert waar de Atlantische Oceaan de Middellandse Zee ontmoet. Geniet van een adembenemend uitzicht op de kust en geniet van de serene sfeer.
Maak vervolgens een unieke kameelrit langs de prachtige zandstranden in de buurt van Cap Spartel. Deze gedenkwaardige ervaring stelt je in staat om vanuit een ander perspectief van de schilderachtige kustlijn te genieten, wat fantastische fotomomenten oplevert.

This had the potential to be a great tour; however, it turned sour very quickly. Our first guide met us at the port and took us for a great drive around the city. We also stopped at several places of interest and had a great adventure riding camels. After that; however, our driver turned us over to a second "tour guide" who was going to take us through the medina, to the kasbah, and to a lunch. Immediately this guide brought us to a rug shop, where he left us for an extended period of time. We had no interest in purchasing rugs. After that he took us to a oil shop and then a shop with expensive jewelry and leather goods. Each time he would leave us, and being older and not knowing our way around we didn't feel comfortable venturing out on our own. After each stop I told him we were not interested in spending money on expensive items. I'm sure these shops belonged to his friends and/or relatives and he was receiving commission. After the last stop I told him we wanted small souveniers only and were not interested in going into any more expensive shops. At that point he seemed angry and he brought us back to our driver who took us back to the ship. So our 5-6 hour tour turned out to be 4 hours and there was no lunch provided or visit to the kasbah. We paid $185 for this tour and I don't feel it was worth that cost given the shopping experience in the medina.

Your tour included a panoramic drive through Tangier, several sightseeing stops, and a camel ride, which together took up the majority of the tour. These are some of the main highlights of Tangier and were all provided as described. Regarding the walking tour of the Medina, the historic old town is made up primarily of narrow streets, local markets, artisan workshops, and traditional shops. Before entering the Medina, our local guide explained this and understood that you were interested in exploring these local stores. For this reason, he adapted the walk accordingly. Visits to artisan shops are a common part of guided tours in Morocco, and there is never any obligation to make a purchase. We regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding your expectations, but our intention has always been to provide an authentic introduction to Tangier and its culture. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure every guest has the best possible experience.

Oussama was the most AMAZING tour guide, driver, and friend. I am studying abroad with my friend group and we would’ve been so lost without him.
