Je eet, drinkt als lokale mensen met veel lokale heerlijke gerechten zoals: 1. De vuist is noedelsoep ( PHO ) wat het bekendste gerecht van Vietnam is. 2. Volgende is een lokaal restaurant om te proberen BANH MY 3. De NEM (Vietnamese loempia) 4. De Banh Duc (hete rijstpoedersoep) 5. De Banh Cuon (Vietnamese gestoomde rijst opgerold pannenkoek ) 6. Desserts - een zoete en romige dessertsoep of bananencake 7. Na een aantal gerechten, zult u vol en tevreden zijn. ga recht naar de TREINSTRAAT waar de spoorweg gaat door smalle steegjes met huizen aan weerszijden van het spoor. Hoewel treinschema's laten zien dat ze dagelijks komen, soms wel en soms niet, dus als je geluk hebt, kun je er eentje vangen en de enorme trein recht voor je neus voorbij zien komen. Terwijl u hier bent, geniet u van eierkoffies of andere drankjes zoals lokaal bier, frisdrank, juit... in een leuke winkel langs het spoor en ervaar de unieke ambiance, en wacht u tot de trein passeert
Het spoorwegsysteem strekt zich uit over heel Hanoi, maar er zijn twee straten in de oude wijk die vooral bekend staan om hun treinsporen. Hanoi Train Street wordt ook wel Railway Street genoemd. Het loopt tussen Kham Thien en Le Duan Street of Phung Hung en Tran Phu Street. De straat is bekleed met huizen aan weerszijden, waardoor er net genoeg ruimte is voor een trein om doorheen te rijden.

Siang was amazing and told us a lot about the history of Hanoi and Vietnam. The food he let us try was incredible and it felt very authentic, restaurants I wouldn’t go to if I was by myself. It was the perfect activity for my first night in Vietnam
Our guide, San, was so kind and did a great job of showing us around! As a vegetarian, food tours are sometimes iffy for me but he was so on top of remembering my dietary restriction. I really enjoyed all of the food and drinks on this tour, would highly recommend!
