Als uw accommodatie speciale toegang vereist (bijv. toegang tot chip/kaart), is het uw verantwoordelijkheid om te zorgen dat de chauffeur binnenkomt. Anders wacht de chauffeur zo dicht mogelijk bij de ingang. They dropped me off at the airport from the city. It was 5 a.m., but he accepted. The advance notice was also polite, so it is highly recommended when using the early morning flight to Japan. Please confirm by message in advance if you are travelling from the city to the airport.

I was able to share my WhatsApp account via text in advance, so I could tell them about flight delays. It was nice to be able to join them very smoothly on the day. The driver was very kind and we were able to communicate in English.

The dispatchers were very clear and communicative, the drivers showed up a few minutes early each time I booked, and the cars were clean. UB traffic is no joke and I felt very safe in their care!

He waited for me at the exit with my name. After joining us, we were able to exchange money. They brought their luggage to the car and even if we got stuck in traffic, we were able to get to Ulaanbaatar in about an hour. It was a very satisfying experience. I recommend it.

We enjoyed this tour very much. The guide provided a good introduction to information about Mongolia. The drive was long but we had two very nice bathroom stops when needed. Snacks were also provided along the way. The people operating the camel ride were very helpful, helping us to mount and dismount, leading us on the ride, and taking many pictures and a couple of videos of our experience. The guide and driver also took our pictures and were a lot of fun. The tour guide also provided a traditional Mongolian lunch in a ger. On the way back to the hotel we played a traditional Mongolian game which completed our experience. We would definitely recommend this tour to others.
