Geniet van het landschap van Zwitserland met de Bernina Rode Trein van Tirano naar St. Moritz en terug of van Saint Moritz naar Tirano en terug. Reis aan boord van het standaardrijtuig van de iconische rode trein, tijdens de reis krijgt u de gelegenheid om de prachtige ongerepte landschappen van Zwitserland te bewonderen. Verlaat Tirano en ontspan met de trein naar St. Moritz of omgekeerd. In St. Moritz of Tirano heeft u vrije tijd voor sightseeing. In de middag vertrekt u weer met de Bernina-trein voor de terugreis.

No personal guide. You just need to hop on the train. Also you can take an train any time back. It's a wonderful trip over the Alps.
Hours of waiting in front of the station in the cold without organization of any kind. Without having any kind of information for the long wait, tickets taken in advance without having booked seats so without getting on. Only people who booked seats and with the affiliated agencies went up. A real total flop, I come from the brands, moreover, precisely for this reason eager to take the train that they advertised nothing instead, of course I sent the refund immediately.

Desideriamo precisare che la situazione descritta non è dipesa dal nostro operato, ma da un eccezionale sovraffollamento legato al periodo di altissima stagione, durante il quale l’affluenza ha superato le previsioni e la capienza ordinaria del servizio. L’accesso è stato regolato e gestito dalla stazione di Tirano nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, dando priorità ai passeggeri con posto prenotato, circostanza che può aver generato attese e disagi. E' chiaramente specificato nel sito di prenotazione che il biglietto del Trenino Rosso NON prevede la prenotazione del posto ma permette la possibilità di accedere a tutti i treni, salvo la disponibilità degli stessi. Comprendiamo la delusione, soprattutto per chi ha affrontato un viaggio lungo come Lei. Ci scusiamo per l’esperienza non in linea con le aspettative e la ringraziamo per la comprensione. We took the red train from Tirano to Chur after spending the day there, very recommended escpeacially the cafeterias which are lovely plus the food is delicious.

Although I enjoyed the train ride, please be aware that this is not the Bernina Express. It’s a regular train from St Moritz to Tirano that goes through the Bernina pass. If you desire to do that, I recommend it, but don’t buy from Viator or any other middle-man tourism agency. Just buy a ticket on line (much, much cheaper) or at any train station in Switzerland.
