Ga op een tijdloze wijnproeverij in het hart van Berat, een van de meest pittoreske en historische wijngebieden van Albanië. Deze samengestelde ervaring is perfect voor wijnliefhebbers en nieuwsgierige reizigers die graag authentieke lokale smaken en warme Albanese gastvrijheid willen verkennen. Uw ervaring begint op ons kantoor in Berat, Bij aankomst wordt u begroet door een lid van de wijnmakersfamilie, die u door het wijnhuis leidt en inzichten deelt in hun productiemethoden en het verhaal achter hun wijnen. Het wijngaardbezoek is afhankelijk van het weer en de seizoensomstandigheden. Uw gids informeert u op de dag zelf of dit onderdeel mogelijk is. Gelieve ons vooraf op de hoogte te stellen van dieetbeperkingen of allergieën. Wijnmakerij selectie (Edoni, Alpeta, of Pupa) is op basis van beschikbaarheid op het moment van uw boeking.

Begin aan een klassieke wijnproeverijstocht door Berat en geniet van de beste wijnen uit de regio. Onze vriendelijke chauffeur haalt u op bij uw hotel en brengt u naar een van de wijnhuizen in de regio. Bij aankomst ontmoet u een van de vertegenwoordigers van de familie, die u meeneemt op een rondleiding door de wijnmakerij en uitleg geeft over het wijnbereidingsproces. U krijgt de gelegenheid om 3 verschillende soorten wijn te proeven, zorgvuldig geselecteerd door de wijnmakerij. Om uw wijnproeverijervaring te verbeteren, proeft u ook een soort raki en lokale snacks die de wijn perfect aanvullen. De totale duur van de ervaring is ongeveer 2,5 - 3 uur, waardoor u voldoende tijd heeft om de wijnen ten volle te waarderen en ervan te genieten. Zodra de proeverij is voltooid, brengt onze chauffeur u terug naar uw hotel in Berat. Houd er rekening mee dat de prijs voor één wijnmakerij geldt en dat we kunnen kiezen uit verschillende opties, waaronder Edoni, Alpeta, Pupa. Houd er echter rekening mee dat de wijnhuizen afhankelijk zijn van beschikbaarheid.

We had a great experience with The Professor on our Berat wine tasting tour. From the music on the minibus to the wine tasting at the vineyard, it was all excellent and informative. If you would like to taste some good Albanian wine and Raki we would recommend this tour.

The Professor - wine tasting! An absolute highlight of our time in Berat! Our guide -The Professor was wonderful, incredibly friendly, and created a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere. He walked us through the vineyards sharing fascinating insights, and then showed us the winemaking process inside. The tasting was a true delight—we sampled three wonderful wines, with the red being an absolute standout favorite. We even tried the local raki, which gave us a nice little buzz! Authentic hospitality, great vibes, and exceptional wine. Highly recommended!

Great way to see outside of Berat and try the local wine. Our tour guide Igi explained the process and types of different wines that the area specializes in. The winery was beautiful and had amazing views. Big shout out to Igi for making it an amazing experience. Would definitely do again!
