Ontspan in een comfortabel voertuig terwijl je de mooie stad van Dublin bewondert tijdens deze privétour van een hele dag, inclusief een ophaalservice overal in Dublin. Je bezoekt bezienswaardigheden zoals het Guinness Store House, Trinity College, St Patrick Cathedral, Kilmainham Gaol, Malahide Castle, Howth village and Summit, The Jeanie Johnson en het Phoenix Park naast andere bezienswaardigheden die Dublin te bieden heeft. Je hebt de vrijheid om te kiezen wanneer je stopt voor fotomomenten en je reis voort te zetten zoals je wilt, terwijl je rijgids je helpt het meeste uit je dag te halen. Reken op ongeveer 8 uur op je reis. Voor sommige attracties moet je vooraf reserveren (Book of Kells, Kilmainham Goal). - Alle voertuigen zijn een sedan en hebben een vergunning om 4 passagiers te vervoeren. Aangezien dit 3 personen vereist om op de achterbank te zitten, kan het een beetje krap worden als iedereen groot is. Om een minibus aan te vragen, voeg dit toe aan uw notities.
- Voor sommige attracties, zoals het Book of Kells en Kilmainham Goal, zijn vooraf gereserveerde tickets vereist. We had a fabulous guide who allowed us lots of flexibility on stopping. And recommended a perfect spot to have a pub lunch.
Our guide Noel was fantastic. He picked us up from the airport and helped us quickly organize and get a game plan together for a full day in Dublin. The tour turned out great. Thumbs up from us!

The actual tour guide person, Jim, was a nice guy, but the tour operator was very slow to respond to pretty much everything. And on top of that, he also did not communicate our itinerary to Jim. When we met Jim he had no idea that we had tickets for Guinness, what time, or what we wanted to do. I really would not recommend this to agency to anybody because of that reason alone.!
Hi Juneja..., We're very sad to hear of your experience regarding the communication aspects to your booking with us. We strive to try and keep our standards high across the whole experience, booking, calls and the actual guiding itself. We chatting with Jim regarding the failure in communicating the start time for Guinness. Normally the notes are added to the booking notes in the additional notes section but they were delivered via text message on a follow up query with him so they were missed by him. I can only apologise for this as normally this wouldn't be an issue when texting additional info directly to the guide versus leaving it on the notes. With regards to the slow responses we're at the limitations of Viator's messaging system and the messages do not come instantly to us / or notifications are not sent out immediately so the team check the Viator system sporadically throughout the day. I am delighted to hear you did have a nice time with Jim and that your day went well. We try our best to communicate as efficiently as we can via Viator but I will admit in this instance we could have done better to respond or make sure your question was answered with no feeling of it left open. Just to note if anyone reading this feels a response is taking a little longer than expected please do just text/whatsapp us on our number provided on the booking. It was great. The driver / guide was great gave us a good tour told and showed a lot about Dublin. All of us a good time.

Our guide and Driver, Jim Delaney kept things lively. The trip included, Dublin, highlights, Trinity, college, Guinness, and ending with a pint of Guinness. The trip was well worth it.
We were unable to do the tour in Dublin due to poor weather conditions. Sorry to hear the tour company would not even consider a partial refund for the tour. Not very nice.
We’re really sorry to see this one-star review and disappointed we didn’t meet your expectations. Just to note for potential customers: Our guide was ready and waiting on shore to do the tour as booked. The cruise shipmate the decision they were not going to allow you guys to tender on to land which is a shame. Unfortunately, we follow Viator’s strict 24-hour cancellation policy, which doesn’t allow us to offer refunds for last-minute cancellations. Unlike direct bookings, we also pay high commission fees to Viator, and our guides — who are booked and paid in advance — must still be compensated for their time. We did respond to your refund request via Viator, but the platform limits how much we can communicate in that space. We will gladly offer you the chance to reschedule your tour on your next visit to Ireland — something we always do for direct customers — but we weren’t able to share that text through Viator because of limited text space in the form. For better flexibility, clearer communication, and more generous terms (like partial refunds in similar situations), we always recommend booking directly with us at touristy Ireland. We’d still love to welcome you on a future trip to Ireland and make it right. Our guide will off course still fulfil your tour on a future date at no extra cost to you. Last minute cancellations especially when the guide is at the shop removed the ability for them to do another tour. With the limited amount of specialised private tour guides in Ireland we have to reject other bookings for the same date to ensure they’re not left without a guide. It’s rare we have cancellations at all especially in the busy summer season. If you can get in contact with us direct we can keep in touch and ensure you or a family member can enjoy your tour the next time you visit Ireland. Dave was the absolute best tour guide. We saw so much packed into one day. He went above and beyond to tailor the tour to what we wanted and was so knowledgeable. We enjoyed listening to the history and information he shared.
