Beginner Surflessen in Waikiki

He stood us up, we arrived at the meeting point 5 minutes early and the instructor didn't arrived, booking was paid in full. Hoping now to get a full refund but definitely not recommended, extremely unprofessional.

The guide never showed up. We arrived at 08:45 to meet the guide at the statue per the instructions. We emailed the guide at 09:03 asking for an update. We checked at the desk of another company called "Surf's Up" to make sure they weren't affiliated. We were told that our instructors meet their students at the statue. At 09:12 we submitted a refund request to Viator and signed up for the 09:30 class at "Surfs Up". At 09:21 we started receiving emails from Hawaiin Boy Surfs School that they had been there all day at the desk. At the desk where? We were told to meet at the statue. They weren't at the desk. We checked. Viator claimed the refund wouldn't be honored because the refund was requested 24 hours after the scheduled event. The refund was requested the same day 12 minutes after the no show. I highly recommend Surfs UP surf school I had a great time.

Very good lesson. I'm not very young anymore and i don't speak english very well . I was able to understand everythings , very precise and clear explanations, i had a very good time. I was able to stand up in less one hour. Than you again.

Had a good time, the instructor took the time to get us officially hanging ten lol. Great way to enjoy the beach

I wanted to give it 0 but there is no such option. The trip never happened as The staff never showed up. Message was sent through support chat asking where the staff was but there was no response. There wasn’t even a phone number listed for Us to call to find it out. I googled a phone number for Hawaiian surf boys ( the name of the company which was the host company) to only find out that it was a wrong number. A lesson learned today is that never book with a third party.

The lessons were amazing, both my kids got long rides their first time out! Preston was great with them and really taught them a lot about surfing. Couldn’t recommend these lessons more!

It’s wonderful experience for both my kids who are beginners. We booked for another day as well lessons with same coach. Highly recommend them.

We had the best surf lesson in Waikiki! Preston and Jameson were absolutely fantastic and did an amazing job, especially with our kids. They were super patient, encouraging, and made everyone feel safe and confident in the water. The lesson was very professional but also a lot of fun - the perfect combination. Our kids had an incredible time and were standing on the board much faster than we expected. We can highly recommend this surf school to families and beginners. An unforgettable experience!
