Wijnmakerijrondleiding en wijnproeverij in Siena met middagmaaltijd. Ondergedompeld in de magische sfeer van het landelijke Toscane, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het oude centrum van het middeleeuwse Siena, is de ervaring een reis naar de geschiedenis, cultuur, traditie en wetenschap die elke fles van onze biologische wijn tot leven brengen. Tijdens de rondleiding door de wijnmakerij analyseren we samen de kenmerken van het agro-ecosysteem van de wijngaard en de technieken die worden gebruikt om de hulpbronnen op het platteland te behouden en te regenereren. In onze oude wijnkelder nemen we u mee door de fascinerende wereld van het wijnmaken en de geheimen achter het maken van kwaliteitswijn. De rondleiding eindigt in ons proeflokaal, waar u alle organoleptische nuances van onze jonge en vintage wijnen zult begrijpen. Elk glas wordt gecombineerd met de beste Toscaanse seizoensproducten, om uw smaakpapillen te verrassen en uw ziel te voeden.

Terwijl we door de wijngaard lopen, analyseren we met eenvoudige en duidelijke woorden agronomische technieken in relatie tot de biologische cyclus van de wijnstok en technieken voor het behoud en herstel van landelijke hulpbronnen.
In de kelder bespreken we de fundamentele principes van het maken van kwaliteitswijn, in alle cruciale stadia van het proces van druif tot wijn: ontstelen, alcoholische gisting, maceratie, malolactische gisting, rekken, rijping en rijping.
In het proeflokaal proeven wij 5 van onze fijne biologische wijnen. We zullen de zintuigen prikkelen om alles vast te leggen subtiele reuk-smaaktoon van onze producten. Een symfonie van emoties die alleen grote wijnen kunnen geven. Om uw smaakpapillen te verrassen en uw ziel te voeden, wordt elk glas wijn gecombineerd met een seizoensproduct en onze waardevolle biologische extra vergine olijfolie.

Picture yourself in the heart of the Tuscany wine world and with this tour, you are there. Learned about how the grapes are nurtured in the vineyard, how they are processed in the cellar and most importantly how they can be enjoyed (5 tastings) when paired with great fresh food.
A great wine tour and wine tasting! You get a nice tour with lots of information. A welcoming man with a lot of energy and humor. The lunch with 6 different wines was delicious! Highly recommended🍇🍷

The wine tasting was an incredible experience, the highlight of our trip to Siena. The tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very generous with the wine and food, and accommodating for vegetarians. Would strongly recommend for all!

Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.
