Begeleide wandeltocht in de prachtige rotsachtige bergen
Beschrijving
Ga met ons mee voor een onvergetelijk wandelavontuur van een halve dag! We ontmoeten elkaar bij een prachtig café op minder dan een mijl van het centrum van Denver en na korte introducties rijden we naar het trailhead in de prachtige Rocky Mountains. Eenmaal aangekomen op het pad zullen we ongeveer 5 km heen en terug wandelen. Tijdens de wandeling leer je over de natuur, wandelen en maak je zoveel geweldige foto’s dat je niet weet welke je eerst moet plaatsen. Na de wandeling keren we terug naar het café in Denver. Op verzoek kan ik vervoer van het café naar het wandelpad en terug naar het café verzorgen. Laat het me weten als je vervoer nodig hebt of als je je eigen. Als je ons dit niet laat weten gaan we ervan uit dat je eigen vervoer naar de trail hebt.

Taste of the Rockies Lauren took us on a hike that gave us a perfect "taste of the Rockies". Moderate to easy level hiking and beautiful views along the way! Also got some wonderful info on local plants and animals and saw plenty of wildlife along the route!
Lauren was so sweet, kind, thoughtful and accommodating. She loves this land and told wonderful local things about it. She kept a great pace for all abilities.
Our guide/tour company owner was awesome. We had a fun hike and were rewarded with great conversation, beautiful views, educational tips, and an all around great experience. My 14yo son and I did this together. The guide was knowledgeable about locals only hiking spots, picked us up and drove us back to a cool cafe, and was just a delight. I would recommend using Colorado Hiking Co to anyone.

Excellent choice if you want to get out of town and enjoy an easy hike with lovely vistas. Lauren offers lots of information about the landscape and mountains. Take water and some sunscreen!!

From sign up to completion, it was a great experience. Our guide, Rach, was excellent, with a lot of knowledge about the forest. The trail had a few challenges but overall was pretty easy -- "moderate" would be a good rating. I enjoyed the panoramic view.
