We arrived at the area intending to walk through the tunnel to the lake. We found that the tunnel was quite narrow and had running water through it. We didn’t know it had running water and hadn’t been told this by the travel agent on booking. If we had known this we would have brought our beach pumps, as we were not too keen on walking in the water barefoot on possibly stoney ground. We were also told by other tourists that they didn’t know this either and also some found the tunnel quite claustrophobic and dark. Some tourists may find this quite difficult for them. These points should be mentioned by the travel agent and on the brochure itself as a warning. We went to see this particular travel agent the next day, trying to point this out and she was very defensive and consistently stressed her side of this conversation, completely not seeing our view at all. She was quite arrogant in her manner, there was no empathy or apologies for any misunderstandings. No matter what we kept trying to say, she kept this challenging manner and wasn’t seeing our point at all. She became dismissive turning away saying she has to do ‘the rest of her work.’ We had intended to book another trip with them, as there seems to be no other travel agency around but because of her argumentative manner, we didn’t stay to book it. Personally, we don’t think she cared either way, mainly because the tourists in the Rhodes old town area are maybe a captive audience.
Hello,we have to explain that the laydy was the only person until now that mention about the tunel, the guide is showing the tunel to the clients and if they want they pass through ,we say all these in our details ,second when the lady with her poor husband came to our office ,and i am telling poor because he eas trying to control the nerves of her wife ,she was repeating for 30 minutes the tunel and the watershoes that forgot to bring with her.Our stuff in the office was extremely polite and patient in a level that never before we before. She was trying to brake our nerves but she couldnt find the way. I think is the first and i hope the last time to meet a client like that lady. We treat to our clients with respect ,doesnt matter if they will buy somthing or not but we vdont accept from people like this lady to speak so offensive . I am sorry her husband .
Very nice experience for people who can still walk well have gone to the accropolis of lindos many stairs done on the accropolis you have a very nice view of 2bays and the village of lindos
Thank you very much ,we appreciate it.
Such a lovely day out, definitely recommend getting one of the boat trips down on lindos beach too!!
Thank you very much ,we appreciate it.
All in all, fine. Half an hour more at 7 Springs would have been nice. On the bus, the tour guide was not heard well.
Thank you very much ,we appreciate it.
A wonderful guided trip to the Seven Springs and Lindos. Great communications with the company via WhatsApp before hand and bus arrived exactly on time. Safe, clean and safely driven by Philipe, accompanied by our guide Helena. Plenty of time at each location and the map have out was very useful.
Thank you very much ,we appreciate it.
He is not the best tour operator for 15 years of travel in Greece. The bus arrived 15 minutes late. The agency did not give us any recommendation while sneakers and beach slippers were indispensable to the 7 sources not to mention excellent physical condition. At the 7 springs the stop is too short: you have to choose either the tunnel and the lake or the 7 springs whose route is particularly difficult. Also in Lindos it is impossible to visit the acropolis and the city. The excursion is seriously rethinking timing.
Dear Client, The tour is running over 25 years without any problem ,in 7 Springs we stay 1 hour and 15 minutes ,is more than enough the stop ,is the longer of all the offices ,in Lindos village the stop is 3 hours and 30 minutes ,20 min. guiding in the village and 1 hour and 30 minites on the Acropolis ,then the free time is 1 hour 20 minutes .We wright on the platform what to bring with you and all the necessary details .The prices is unbeatable compare to other tours. The times of pick up are various depends the traffic ,on the bus you have official English speaking guide.
Trip was easy to book. We visited George at Kariba Travel who was amazing at advising us which tours to take. Would highly recommend this company.
Good communication before the tour. We were picked up as arranged on time in a comfortable minibus. The tour was very enjoyable, and the tour guide was excellent. For the price it was great value.
Please read the reviews being left on your site. There is nothing to see at the 7 Springs. The pathways have become dangerous for most participants. There is no point taking 30 odd people to walk through a short, rocky, wet tunnel to see a man-made SMALL waterfall on the other side. Wasting time at the Springs then made it too hot in the day to climb the very steep hill of the Acropolis at Lindos. As our guide went with the few people to the Acropolis, the rest of the group had to fend for themselves the rest of the day, so no "Guided tour" there. Do not book this trip unless you like to be disappointed. I am following avenues to obtain a refund for this trip.
Overall a very good trip, the guide was excellent Christina and for the money the trip costs was excellent value for money with plenty of time to enjoy the day. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke the entire time except free time, take some flip flops if you want to do the tunnel walk through water Slight minus point it advertised that it picks you up from your hotel well it did nt it picked you up from another local hotel instead also I’m ok being young but for anyone with mobility problems then this trip isn’t for you as it involves walking unstable areas
